Venni qui la prima volta nel 1993, spinto allora come oggi dal prestigio relais&chateaux. Ero poco più di un ragazzo, rimasi abbagliato, soprattutto dalla cena. Ci tornai nel 2007, uomo ormai fatto, e rimasi meno entusiasta. Ci sono tornato vecchio, per la terza volta, e devo dire di non avere molto da rimproverare alla struttura, se non il fatto che manca completamente, soprattutto nelle stanze, l’effetto wow che un hotel a cinque stelle e a questo prezzo dovrebbe trasmettere. Sicuramente un personale più affabile che distaccato aiuterebbe.

Les points positifs :Très bel Hôtel pieds dans l’eau avec une belle plage. Une excursion en bateau très sympathique. De belles chambres très propres avec une excellente literie. Un accueil adorable et efficace de la responsable de la Boutique. Les moins : certains membres du personnel de la réception et du petit déjeuner semblent méconnaître les codes de politesse et de services que l’on est en droit d‘attendre dans un Hôtel 5 étoiles Relais et Châteaux. Il manque manifestement un Manager plus attentif et plus impliqué dans la formation des personnels. Le petit déjeuner est assez ordinaire et mériterait plus de variétés. Cerise sur le gâteau : à 900€ la chambre petit déjeuner inclus, il nous a été facturé, en supplément de notre petit déjeuner, des œufs à la coque et des œufs au plat ! Heureusement la réceptionniste a accepté de les retirer au motif que nous n’avions pas été informés de ce supplément ! Dernière petite contrariété ! il nous a également été facturé une bière (que nous détestons) et un thé, consommations que nous n’avons jamais pris !

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön in einer Bucht direkt am Strand. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr entspannend und ZEN! Strand und Meer sind fantastisch. Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut. Frühstückbuffet morgens hat alles was man sich wünscht.
