Nous avons eu différents problèmes dans cette hôtel ou nous ne voyons absolument personnes sauf la personnes de ménage qui rentre dans votre chambre deux fois de suite SANS autorisations, le très strict minimum pour la cuisine, deux matelas l'un contre l'autre pour faire un f-grand lit !!!!!! changement de chambre en soirée pour une autre chambre en rez-de-chaussée de chaussée du coup bruyante, impossible de communiquer avec une personne oralement pas moyen de s'exprimer autrement qu'en laissant un mauvais commentaires vraiment dommage j'aurais tellement préféré le faire de vive voix !!!!!

Probably one of the most price worthy and clean apartments in Lecce! We only stayed one night but we really enjoyed our stay. The apartments are clean and the location is very good. To enter the building you must do some online check-in and open the door with your phone, no problem for us but maybe annoying for older people or those who don’t have internet. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom was very narrow so everytime I walked in I bumped in to the door/wall/bide etc which I don’t like. But overall, very good for Lecce and I recommend!

we where a family of 5 adults. It was so perfect. everything is new clean, we had 2 bathrooms that is so good with teenagers! Only 500m from the old city. everything is nearby. All we needed we just send whats app and they gave us. We had washine machine and dishwasher. It all was so great. We will sure be back!

Accommodation rather well located (10 minutes walk from the historic center of Lecce), in a building of very good standard, clean and which benefits from a small patio where you will find some very pleasant armchairs. Check-in can be done online and arrival at the accommodation is very simple with the possibility of opening the different doors with your smartphone. In addition, you receive via Whatsapp a city tour guide, a map, and quite a few very useful instructions. Modern and extremely well equipped, this accommodation turned out to be perfect with a large bathroom and a spacious shower. The bedding is rather good with one significant point: complete darkness in the room until the morning. However, a big negative point is that the deposit is not returned until a very long time after the stay... I had to wait more than a month and follow up several times, a shame because the rest was perfect.

Apartment equipped with every comfort located 10 minutes from the center of Lecce. Recent renovation with excellent spaces. Check-in independently via access code on your mobile phone and magnetic card for room entry. You will be welcomed with delicious delicacies for breakfast: croissants, disposable portions of Nutella and jam, two coffee capsules and two bottles of fresh water. Towels present in the structure but for a seven-day stay we had to ask for changes, not the best. Phon present. Cleaning is not included and please note that a €200 deposit will be retained until the end of your stay. We had various problems: from the air conditioner in the kitchen which was leaking, to the total lack of tools for basic daily cleaning such as: broom, dustpan, mop; to the loss of water from the coffee machine, to the presence of ants in the room. Given the place and the PRICE we would have expected a better stay.

Excellent discovery near the historic center of Lecce which can really be reached in 5 minutes. Our room, for 6, was excellently finished with very pleasant design and tasteful solutions. Air conditioning in all rooms, two large and comfortable bathrooms. The kitchen is very large and well equipped with. Refrigerator, Bourbon coffee machine available. The atrium of the building is also well-kept and elegant.
