The nicest place we have ever stayed, just beautiful, great food cooked by Simone, actively friendly staff, thank you Andrea and Giuseppe. I am sure I forgot someone’s name but my wife and I recommend staying here once in your life, and seeing Lecce which is a beautiful city with its own baroque stile.

Dimora storica nel centro storico! È stato Tutto eccezionale: l’Accoglienza, il soggiorno, la camera/suite! La colazione è favolosa e con prodotti tipici. Croissant e pasticciotto preparati dallo chef TOP, di altissima qualità, Ottimo cenone di capodanno. Personale educato, preparato, disponibile. A presto! Grazie!

Hotel espectacular ! Lo mejor del viaje por Puglia. Es un verdadero palacio y te tratan como a un rey desde que entras , el personal de recepción Mássimo y David hasta todo el personal del restaurante en el desayuno. Tomamos una suite con dos habitaciones que era inmensa, llena de lujos con jacuzzi y baño turco y dos refrigeradoras llenas de bebidas que son cortesía del hotel . Vale cada centavo. Recomendado

We stayed at the Palazzo Zimara for several nights in October. The hotel and amenities are beautiful. The hotel is a converted palazzo retaining its historic charm, but upgraded with the finest materials. We enjoyed a two room suite which was very spacious and relaxing. The soaking tub was a great addition as well as the well appointed and extra large bathroom. The daily breakfast was great with many options to choose from. We also enjoyed the bar for drinks and appetizers. The hotel is in a great location and easy to walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly and also eager to help and provide recommendations in the area. Highly recommended this hotel and will stay again.

Lecce was the last stop of our family trip to Puglia, and we were so glad to have stayed at a Zimara. The hotel staff provided exceptional services in person as well as through WhatsApp. They arranged parking for us prior to our arrival, last minute walking tour upon our arrival and restaurant recommendations / reservations. Their responsiveness and thoughtfulness truly enhanced our experiences, on top of what the hotel itself offers - a 16th century building, beautifully restored with modern amenities integrated. Lastly I should also mention they offered a beautiful spread of baked goods featuring regional and local specialties. We didn’t have time to do a street food tour but got to try a few of them from the breakfast table!

The Palazzo Zimara is a beautiful hotel located in central Lecce. The attractions of Lecce & all the restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. All of the staff that we interacted with at the hotel both before arriving, and during our stay were superb. They booked restaurants, trips and taxis for us & went above and beyond with their service. We would highly recommend staying here.

Es war ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Freundliches, hilfsbereites und sympathisches Personal. Man fühlte sich wie in einem fünf Sterne Hotel. Alles neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Ein sehr elegantes Hotel in einem renovierten Palast mitten in der Altstadt.
