Enzian Inn

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel! It has wonderful facilities and is ideal for families.

Nice place but so incredibly family focused - not romantic, no restaurant to eat at night, a lounge. Not what we expected, or were looking for - not good for a couple’s escape.

My husband and I stopped in Leavenworth during our travels for one night. We had a great time. The buildings - exterior and interior - are decorated like old Bavaria. They have a few places to sit in the lobby as well as upstairs just above the lobby - indoors and outdoors so after dinner in downtown Leavenworth we came back and opened a bottle of wine upstairs (that we brought since they don't sell any food or drinks on the premises) and listened to the piano music in the lobby (they have a pianist every evening). The morning alpenhorn concert was fun to watch, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. There are 3 pools and 2 jacuzzis. Two outdoor pools: one for families and one behind a wall for adults only (with jacuzzi). Also a narrow indoor lap pool (25yards) with separate jacuzzi. Shout out to Edgar who was super friendly and is the pool manager - he let me in the lap pool a few minutes before it opened. (I got down there early and was planning on reading in the pool area before it opened and he said it was ready and I could start my laps.) They also had movie nights in the large downstairs game room. The night we stayed they showed 2 movies - one at 6pm and one at 8pm so we didn't get a chance to play pool. But we enjoyed the grounds and our room very much. We also really enjoyed the town of Leavenworth. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for your visit.

Enjoyed our stay and amenities but very disappointed in housekeeping services as they either stole or threw away diabetic injections left behind in refrigerator instead of turning them into lost and found.

SHOCKED by some of the negative reviews. That was not our experience at all. Loved our wonderful stay at the Enzian. Kelly was extremely friendly when making our reservations. Thank you! The breakfast is outstanding and such a beautiful view from the windows. The room was wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The A/C worked great. The game room was fun and also the beautiful golf course. Loved the piano music in the evening and the beautiful Bavarian decor! THANK YOU Enzian for a wonderful time and making my birthday celebration so, so "SPECIAL" We've already booked another stay later this year for my husband's birthday!
