The room is clean, of suitable size, fully equipped, and the bed is quite comfortable. Free parking is available. It is about a 10-minute walk from the center of the town. There are many restaurants around, which is convenient.

So expensive and no bathtub! 600 per night, breakfast was not great, just edible. The room’s insulation is really really bad. I can heard next door couples’ fighting and upstairs steps. Not good for a light sleeper

We love Icicle village! Such a wonderful place to stay with kids. Very safe and lots of things to do on the property. I recommend staying in the condos. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Rick (maintenance) and Janet (front desk). Rick is so friendly and helpful at the pool, more like a friend. Janet is so helpful, friendly and responsive. She is very quick getting back on the icicle text customer service. Which is such a nice feature to have! They deserve raises!

My family and I loved the this resort hotel! We have a 10-year-old and a three year-old and it was a perfect place close to the roller coaster and walkable to downtown. The on-site playground and the pool and the mini golf is fantastic. They gave us complementary mini golf for my daughter’s birthday, which she really appreciated. The front desk staff was so nice. Jake helped us get earplugs because unfortunately there was construction at night. Isobel Checked us in we got there 20 minutes before check-in and she said our room was available and we could go which I was so thankful for as my toddler was so over the car ride. It was so nice to get all these text messages from the front staff for questions and they were very prompt in responding The breakfast in the restaurant was really clean and my kids love the train inside the restaurant. It’s a beautiful view of the mountain and the roller coaster. We will definitely be coming back next year. Both of my kids were really sad to go.

We booked this hotel one month in advance for our anniversary. We thought we were booking directly through their website, but apparently WE were mistaken. Interestingly, I received an email confirmation directly from Icicle Village resort with the total amount of our stay. After checkout, we noticed our bank account was charged $71 more than what we were originally told. I called the resort and was told that I booked through ******* (which I didn’t because I have an account through them and never got any sort of email from *******). I call ******* and after being on the phone for well over 30 minutes and being given the run around, we were told that the $71 over-charge is correct because, “the price can always change.” Icicle Village told us they can’t help us at all because they apparently never received that extra $71. So we paid $350 for ONE night is a run down hotel that was definitely not worth that amount.
