酒店房間殘舊，無論牆紙或躺椅都不難看得出歲月的痕跡。最接受不了的是一進門口迎來一股蒸蟹的味道，那味道一直維持到我把冷氣打開很久才慢慢散了一些，很大可能是室內濕度太高而引致的霉味。早餐食物還不錯，24小時提供熱茶、熱咖啡也是很不錯。如果酒店不能改善一下房間的霉味，肯定不會有回頭客，起碼我不會再去同一家酒店。

The staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and for the most part quiet. I have stayed in Lancaster several times and this is one of the best places I have stayed. The staff were friendly from the time I made the reservations to when I checked in. The beds were nice and clean. I did not have any complaints while there. They had a nice choice of breakfast foods each day.

Been staying here 25 yrs. Family, local, quality feel is gone. Everything bow is cheap, corporate. Had ants in room, main bldg. Bath sink wont drain. Cheap wall art. Weird machine on floor (camera??). Bfast food horrible, all microwave stuff. Everything even yogurt comes out of machineNo fresh fruit. Took away kids arcade, now machine ********. Internet is slow, lacking. Sad how quality is gone. And its called a "BWPlus" now. Not

Have gone here many times with my family and we normally have a wonderful time here, but this time was different. The rooms had a stagnant smell to them, in addition to the rooms being uncleaned. Hair was found in the bathroom with also the shower head looks like it needed cleaning, and bugs were found in the room, and this was the second room we were transferred to after the same issues were found in the first room. We stayed out of necessity for our family but this has discouraged us from using this hotel in the future.

Game room replaced with skill machines 21 and over,hot tub broke may not be replaced improvements have been made in other areas breakfast has become generic and boring but still a good place to stay

Rooms did not look like the photos that were posted on website. The hotel and rooms had an odor; smelled like corn chips and mildew. The rooms looked ancient and dull. There were stains on the carpet. The bathroom was ok, but I was grossed out by a stain that was in the shower.
