Bon rapport qualité prix
Très bon accueil dans cette auberge pour une nuit au Touquet ! Certes on sent que l'immeuble a bien vécu et qu'un rafraîchissement serait nécessaire, mais le rapport qualité prix est tout a fait honorable. Et l'emplacement de l'établissement vraiment idéal entre plage et rue piétonne.

Auberge est très bien placée . Mais ….
L’intérieur est très vieillot .
Le matériel devrait être rafraîchi : tous les parasols étaient cassés par exemple.
La chambre était correcte mais les parties communes pas du tout accueillantes…

Mon séjour c'est imposé de 4 nuits a 2 nuits sous pretexte que mon animal de compagnie n'était pas ds les standards acceptés par le gérant de l'auberge de jeuneusse,
Or, aucune mention à ce propos n'était stipulé sur ******* ,
Le gerant m'a proposé une autre chambre (dortoir 2 personnes sans salle de bain )
Je me suis retrouvée sans logement après 2 nuits , le gérant m'a qd même proposé une autre chambre à un prix ( ×4)
Sinon l'auberge est propre

The Riva Bell is a good clean hostel. myself anf three friends went to Le Touquet to play tennis & golf and made this our base. It have all we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. We will return again another year as my froends have done to this location for nearly 40 years.

Sans doute l’une des pires escroqueries de ma vie ! Ils n’étaient pas au courant de notre réservation, mais heureusement ils avaient une chambre dispo (normal l’hôtel était vide). les informations sont fausses (pas de balcon ni vue sur mer, pas de dispositifs pour PMR, escaliers glissants, escabeau pour monter dans la douche??? Le responsable de l’établissement nous dit que le petit déjeuner est à chercher à la boulangerie ???? impossible pour nous de nous loger ici, nous avons rendu les clés après une caution de 50€ et ils ont accepté oralement le remboursement. Néanmoins 3 jours plus tard le site Booking nous a informé qu’ils ont refusé de nous rembourser ! Ces gens ne sont pas honnêtes… et je n’ai pas parlé de l’état des chambres, taches partout, poussière et odeur de renfermé… pour couronner le tout, c’est une auberge de jeunesse et pas une auberge simple.

Cher pour ce que c’est, certes l’emplacement est bien mais vieillot et pas très propre, armoire sale, chambre poussiéreuse et fenêtres sale, accueil à revoir vraiment , aucune info ni communication sur rien, chambre pas prête à l’heure prévu !! Pas chaleureux Seul point positif pour ma part : la localisation
