Wij waren met 4 koppels. De kamers 1, 5 & 6 hadden een “putjesgeur”, heel hinderlijk. Kamer 3 was OK. Mooi hotel en ontbijtruimte. Restaurant Patio was uitstekend ! Heel vriendelijk personeel. Mooie uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen.

Not sure how this hotel is the highest rated in Montreuil. For £150 I would have expected a lot more. Our room was worn dated and the bathrooms even more so. Very few amenities, one small bottle of water, no wifi, no parking including and no breakfast included. For that price I expect a lot more. Location however perfect and the bed is very comfy with nice linen.

Expected far more when booking as hotel full of character and in good location for the buzzy main square. However the room was awful. Up some stairs from the courtyard then the bedroom was up a lot of steep wooden stairs that were a real hazard and noisy when you get up in the night. Also it was totally devoid of any character and poor value at £150 for a supposed Superior room. The accessibility challenges really should be highlighted in advance to bookers. Breakfast in nice old section and had a good buffet. Dinner and service in the attractive old restaurant was excellent. You pay 10 Euros for secure parking.

Oh là là, quelle belle adresse. Un accueil parfait et chaleureux. Un restaurant de grande qualité aussi bien au niveau des mets et des vins. Trés bonne idée de proposer debons et grands vins en 1/2bouteille. Un veau extraordinaire avec une béarnaise tomatée, un excellent sancerre et un dessert venu d'ailleurs. Nous avons l'habitude de fréquenter de beaux et bons lieux mais félicitations à toute l'équipe ! Je recommande et nous reviendrons !

Première fois en 13 ans que je partais sans enfant et seule. Demande d'une chambre single à 93 euros... Je suis arrivée dans une chambre au deuxième étage d'une petite maison juste sous le toit sans climatisation (euh si une machine dont la télécommande ne marche pas et qui faisait un bruit du tonnerre cf photo), avec des toilettes et douche /bain avec des cloisons en plastique (même première classe est mieux fait), du côté rue (route pavée). Donc une nuit horrible avec un bruit terrible et avec une chaleur épouvantable... Quand je l'ai dit le matin à la réception...""Trop de bruit c'est ça...! " Si c'est su autant ne pas la louer je serai allée ailleurs...donc ma seule nuit en solo gâchée... Pour un trois étoiles c'est vraiment décevant... Je faisais du repérage pour de possibles vacances en famille ce ne sera pas chez eux...après un point positif, ménage et lit nickel merci au personnel de chambre. Un voyageur solo qui prend un chambre simple a le droit d'être traité comme un client d'une chambre supérieur...j'ai vraiment eu le sentiment d'être une moins que rien.

Brilliant customer service, they couldn't do enough to help, even put our ice blocks in their freezer. Breakfast was good value for money too, you could even press your own oranges. Thank you so much we'll be back. Emma , Steve, Jacqui and John

This is one of the most historic and picturesque hotels in Montreuil. Quentin and Jerome on the reception team are very friendly, efficient and helpful whether by e mail or in person. We were very happy with our comfortable room with its spa bath. Dinner in the restaurant was beautifully presented and delicious. Breakfast taken in the historic surroundings is varied and plentiful. Everything about our stay was memorable and most enjoyable.
