Une personne de l’accueil très désagréable qui n’a absolument pas écouter ou pris en compte la demande d’annulation urgente.
Un mail pour dire que la piscine (une fois la Resa payée) ne sera pas disponible pour cause de nettoyage annuel… c’est pas de chance mais tout cumulé sans avoir de recourt pour annuler la réservation 1 semaine avant : ayant payé 49€ une assurance annulation, ça fait beaucoup et c’est très frustrant. Jamais personne ne l’a rappeler malgres mes demandes et attentes … bravo pierre et vacances 👏👏

No frills decent stay, contact before arrival!
Overall a pleasing stay once we managed to get in. The reception is closed on Sunday, this was not communicated during the booking process and a subsequent email went to my junk inbox meaning we hadn't contacted the hotel prior to us arriving menaning 3 hours of panicking before getting in. The pool was very good and the room was OK for what we needed although many cupboards and curtains are in poor condition and in need of replacement.

3 night couple break
We were pleased with our apartment , clean and comfortable. Good faciiities , ample parking . Good clear instructions for booking in as reception was closed . Wish we had brought our swimming attire, pool looked really inviting.
Will definetly use this property again .

Play area out of action. No bicylces for hire.The property needs a bit of investment as it has the ability to offer much more.

Rapport qualité prix, vraiment très bien. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous avons pu apprécier la piscine tellement agréable. L'emplacement très proche du centre ville. Nous y allions à pieds en 15 minutes. Le calme de l'établissement et la qualité des appartements très bien conçus. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

Résidence très vétuste, énormes trous sur le parking non éclairé le soir donc dangereux ! Déco et peinture à rafraîchir dans l appartement, les fenêtres ne ferment plus, les canapés sont avachis. Très bruyant on entend la conversation des voisins… tarif élevé pour les prestations proposés et l état des logements. En revanche le personnel est très courtois et à l écoute.

Set in woods the apartments are very clean and well equipped. Staff are very helpful but you do need a car to get anything no shop on premises.
