J’étais relogé dans une petite chambre sans toilettes ni douches intérieure.
Chaleur étouffante, le personnel discourtois .

獨自在國外旅行，選了Hôtel Rachel。前台服務挺好，辦理入住很順暢。但第二天酒店突然要求換房，還説要加錢，當時特別慌，畢竟人生地不熟。幸好訂的攜程，聯繫客服後，響應超及時！客服專業又耐心，一直安撫我，很快就解決了問題，不用換房也不用加錢，安全感拉滿。
客觀説，酒店衞生和環境還可以，設施一般般，可是必定價格便宜，青旅的價格住單間，就不過多要求和期望了，能有個私祕空間睡覺就很好了，但攜程大平台太靠譜了，關鍵時候能兜底，出國旅行選攜程，真的有保障，踏實！

L’hôtel m’a tout simplement expliqué qu’il avait loué ma chambre à quelqu’un d’autre alors que j’avais réservé en ligne. Aucune compassion et aide de leur part. Vraiment à éviter

The location is safe, with a supermarket nearby and the metro station less than 2 kilometers away. The kitchen hours were very limited, and the bathrooms were very dirty. The room did have clean towels and bed linens.
