We doubled through two platforms in our eagerness to come to Bordeaux and overbooked by a day. When we asked to cancel the extra day, the hotel was very negative on it and left a bad taste in our mouth. And this is after us booking rooms for 10 pax to celebrate 3 birthdays while staying at their property. I’ll never go back.

Fantastisk plass å slappe av. Flott sted, nydelig rom og fint utsikt mot golfbanen, og solnedgang. Spiste på restaurant enne kvelden, greie priser og var helt ok mat.

Excellence à la Française. L’accueil parfait, la decoration , on aime . Les chambres , parfaites tout y est. La literie au top. Produits de douche et soins de l’occitane , on apprécie. Le calme les oiseaux. Établissement haut de gamme. Le petit déjeuner très varié , copieux .

Situé dans un havre de paix, on se sent tout de suite chez soi dans cet hôtel au hall magnifique, aux chambres superbement décorées et au confort incroyable. L'accueil est toujours chaleureux. Le personnel irréprochable, toujours aux petits soins ! Top !

Obwohl wir ein Zimmer im ersten Stok gebucht hatten, bekamen wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoß. Rezeption unfreundlicher Empfang. Ebenfalls für Diamant Mitglieder Minibar nur noch bedingt gratis.

Hotel agréable, notamment la salle de repas et sa terrasse à l'étage. Très bon petit déjeuner. La chambre est bien mais pas exceptionnelle, le personnel réactif et sympathique, mais un bémol pour ma part sur la salle de douche (température impossible à régler- bouton trop brusque et du coup, trop chaud ou trop froid...-) et sur le lit (trop "fluffy" pour moi). Bref, un petit peu déçue sur le rapport qualité/ prix.

Le problème avec les MGallery, c'est qu'on peut passer de la perfection au très moyen (au mieux). Hôtel vieillissant (chambre comme zones communes - restaurant, salle de sport...) avec un service perfectible. Le menage mériterait aussi un peu plus de rigueur (cheveux sur les fauteuils, mouches mortes ... deux jours d'affilé). Et si on ne vous précise pas la vue de votre chambre, c'est qu'elle donne tout simplement sur le parking !

C’est propre mais chambre petite pour 2 personnes. Pas très agréable. Pas de voiturier aucune aide pour les bagages. Pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Petit-déjeuner très moyen. Bref beaucoup de choses à revoir si vous souhaitez être à la hauteur. Problème dans les chambres machine à café qui ne marche pas. Porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas la 1ere nuit. Pas de sécurité pas admissible
