Love staying at La mere poulard. Love everything but the flies which I think it’s hard to get rid of due to the location. It was beautiful otherwise. Breakfast was yummy. Just go early like 8 or 9 am
And be grateful… make sure to greet the staff and say thank you. It’s the other way around in Europe just to have your manners. Learn Bonjour and merci … it will make a big difference!!!!

The receptionist was very kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, our room was in the city center and we could only see the stairs from the window.
There was no view of the sea.
Also, although this is something you can only expect in Mont Saint-Michel, there is no elevator, so carrying a suitcase is a real pain. It's best to travel as light as possible.
The croissants at breakfast were freshly baked and delicious.
The rest of the breakfast was neither good nor bad.

It has the best location and a good breakfast. But that's the only good thing about it. The rooms are located above the restaurant's kitchen, and there's a constant smoky smell.

It was a rare opportunity to stay inside Mont Saint-Michel.
However, due to the location, there are a lot of insects flying around, which may be a concern for Japanese people. I recommend bringing insecticide etc.

The service was excellent! The location was good but all of the stairs are difficult with suitcases. Breakfast was fantastic!!!
