The room is big, the bed is a little small. The breakfast is OK, and there is outdoor parking. There is no elevator. I live in a room on the second floor and need to carry my luggage up the stairs. The room was very clean, and best of all, there was a bath. There was a water server in the hallway, so we could drink water anytime.
Also, the shuttle bus stop to Mont Saint-Michel was nearby, which was nice.
There was no conditioner or pajamas, so it's a good idea to bring those with you.

A basic hotel which was fairly empty when I went. However, the walls are so thin I could still hear the people next door. The service desk workers were nice enough. However, the restaurant attached to the hotel was full of the rudest people I’ve ever had the misfortune to meet. The lady who ‘hosted’ during breakfast was the worst. She scoffed and then turned around to make nasty comments about me to her coworker in French because I didn’t understand her the first time. Then the waiter for the restaurant during dinner made sure to keep me waiting and looked like he didn’t want to serve me. I know it’s the restaurant not the hotel - but they’re attached! The hotel should be taking liability. It’s a tourist hotel so obviously they have foreigner customers! It’s not worth it.

We had a good stay at the hotel, the location was convenient as the bus stop to Mont st Michel is right outside of the hotel. The breakfast was good and the stay was great value as the accommodation on the island would be more expensive and less roomy. The only regret was that toiletries were limited.

Restaurant services were poor, other than that its a pretty basic hotel, the hotel didnt really live up to the Mercure name.

The hotel location is very convenient only 5 minutes walk from bus station and have shuttle bus to Mont Saint Michel in front of the hotel. Hotel is clean with reasonable price.
