Le Montauban

A beautiful house, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Huge, super comfortable bed, all the amenities you could possibly need, including lovely, fluffy bathrobes. The pool area is just sublime and a very nice touch at the end of a hot, summer day. A lovely garden for communal use as well. Limited parking outside the house but public underground parkings not even 200m away, and you can pull up outside for a short amount of time to unpack the car, if needed. Note that check in is really as of 5pm. I’d say the only down sides we could potentially mention were the heat in the one-bedroom house but this is not at all the fault of the house itself, we are just living through a heatwave right now, and the fact that the portable air conditioning unit in place was so loud so you just couldn’t have it on overnight and then the room gets very stuffy. We didn’t explore the area too much but there are restaurants and shops very close by and the Le Mans 24 Museum is about a 15 mins drive away. We’d stay here again if we’re ever the area!
