Nice location in relation to the station but complicated when arriving by car.
I understood that there was parking, but it requires payment and reservation. Damage.
At reception, the staff did not seem to have a good handle on reservations via this site; after making me pay the tourist tax, they wanted to make me pay for breakfasts. But for me they were included in the price. When presenting the reservation I highlighted this situation.
The room, tip top, only small thing that could be improved, the shower.
The position of the shower support was poorly arranged in my opinion and the water went too much into the bathroom.

Great hotel for this price. Convenient location, 2 min walk from the railway station and tram station. Clean and big room. Good equipped with small kitchen.

Je déconseille aux familles: impossible de se garer( même si l hôtel propose un parking à 10 euros, il vous faudra récupérer le badge à l hôtel et vous ne pouvez pas vous garer),dans la chambre la vue sur la ligne SNCF avec les toutes les nuisances sonores ( les bouchons d oreilles sont inclus dans le prix des chambres !), la chaleur à l intérieur même avec les ventilateurs et si vous laisser les fenêtres ouvertes vous connaîtrez toutes les destinations au départ de la gare...nous avons demandé un changement de chambre plus au calme à l accueil et cela n était pas possible, un appel téléphonique à 22h30 de l accueil pour nous dire que c était un erreur!...seul point positif pour le petit déjeuner.

Hôtel très bien tenu, propre, chambre spacieuse et bien isolée ( gare juste au pied de l'immeuble mais on entend pas ).
Service pizza apportée en chambre proposé.
Excellent rapport qualité prix.

L'accès à l'hôtel en voiture est simple mais il faut bien suivre les indications données par l'hôtel. En voiture prennez bien le parking à 10€ 😉. L'appart familial que nous avons eu été très bien. Seuls les enfants qui dormaient dans le salon ont été genés par le tram.

Très proche de l’accès aux trains l’hôtel est judicieusement situé et hormis quelques passages du tram pendant la nuit le confort des chambres est de tres bon niveau. A recommander
