Tous les ans à Noël nous réservons une suite dans ce magnifique hôtel. Emplacement de choix, tout proche du centre-ville. Architecture magnifique et plein d histoire. Accueil absolument chaleureux, on se sent attendu. Toute l équipe est très sympathique et attentionnée.l hôtel dispose de 3 bornes pour véhicules électriques…un grand bravo. Les chambres sont magnifiques. Elles ont été rénovées. Spacieuses et agréables. Literie au top avec lit king size. Petit déjeuner somptueux avec un choix important. Bref un endroit incontournable ou la relation client est au centre de leur préoccupation. Un vrai plaisir d y séjourner.

Effectivement expérience décevante car même si le cadre est incroyable et le personnel très agréable et très professionnel, les niveaux de prestation des chambres n’est pas au niveau d’un 4*. Pas de prises électriques des 2 côtés du lit, pas de kit de repassage (la table à repasser proposée par la réception était vraiment très simpliste et pas qualitative et pour ma part dernier mauvais points, dans une chambre « privilège » une baignoire et non une douche italienne, des sachets de thé mais pas de bouilloire en sus de la machine à café et en descendant par l’escalier, 2 frelons morts au sol, preuve que
