Franchement très bon hôtel. Absolument rien à voir avec un Ibis classique. Cet hôtel est de gamme supérieure. C'est certainement le must de la gamme ibis. Très bien placé face à la gare du mans et du tramway. Côté tarif Accor à relever l'ensemble de ces tarifs avec l'après COVID malheureusement vers le haut où tous les tarifs sont beaucoup trop cher

Redelijk hotel voor 1 nacht, locatie in een grauwe buurt, weinig te doen . Personeel vriendelijk, ontbijt was op orde. Door de locatie (treinstation) niet mogelijk ramen open te doen. Voor 15,00 was het mogelijk een parkeerplaats te reserveren in een hal naast het hotel.

Booked this hotel on 12th may 2024 for next years le mans 24 hour race 1 room, 2 single beds, breakfast, no problems booking everything went through, reasonable price too. Got an e mail on 21st june saying booking had been cancelled , no reason given, I e- mailed alcor who seem to do ibis,s bookings, they got in touch with the hotel who came up with a blatent lie saying bookings wernt on the system. Both myself and alcor have emailed the hotel but arnt getting a reply..... Now I know rightly what this lot are up to as the 24 hour race wasnt actually confirmed til last week....clearly this hotel has given no thought to peoples travel plans and how these will then go pear shaped... The air was initally blue but I now calmed now and we,ve got a nice wee air b and b.. I notice that a manager from the hotel normally responds to bad reviews, well dont bother Sir as we will call in next June and you can explain yourself in person!!! and you can weasel your way out of it. ps i,ll update next june of his /her response

Salle de bain et chambre confortable pour un Ibis. Réception par le responsable de l’hôtel ai TOP. Petit parking de l’hôtel mais le plan B du parking de la gare est parfait.

Très bonne expérience à l'ibis gare Nord du Mans. Chambres et literie confortables. Salles de bains fonctionnelles et propres. Très bon petit déjeuner sucré salé avec du jus d'orange frais à presser soit-même. Merci à Emma et à toute l'équipe

Réservation faite par expédia. L'accueil n'a rien voulu savoir sur ma demande d'avoir une chambre au calme. J'ai une chambre côté rue avec le tranway qui passe au pied de l'hôtel.... La demi-pension payée se transforme en proposition de bocaux. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel avec une équipe qui n'est absolument pas à l'écoute de ses clients.

Comme toujours un très bon accueil sympathique et pro, en journée comme en nuit. Bar chaleureux. Vue dégagée sur la place de la gare avec parfaite isolation phonique (sinon il y a côté cour pour ceux qui préfèrent). Grande télé, bonne literie, insonorisation parfaite. Équipe dispo, parfait et bien sûr à bientôt !

È la seconda volta che vengo a Le Mans e in questo hotel. La camera che mi viene data al quarto piano è spaziosa con un grande letto che però si rivela duro e con due materassi singoli. Altrimenti si dorme bene con buio e silenzio. Internet funziona bene ed il bagno e grande. La colazione è un disastro. Buffet piccolo e sfornito, alcune macchine non funzionano. Da migliorare

The hotel is in a great location with the railway station opposite and the main town only a 10 minute walk away. There is parking on site but only for about 2 or 3 cars so best to book in advance, it costs 15 euros. All of the staff were helpful and check in was fast. The rooms were of a good size for a family of 3, it was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The bar is reasonable prices. We have booked to return for a night to break our journey up on the way back through France.
