The hotel is located close to the train station, and it is 10 minutes from the town hall, and 20 minutes from the beach on foot, or 4 tram stations in 5 minutes.
Modern, beautiful design at the entrance, very new since opened in August 2021. Room 403 is spacious, well equipped with a Malongo coffee machine, tea, 2 bottles of Evian water, bathroom toilet shower with plenty of body lotion shampoo gel. The double-glazed windows keep noise from the traffic artery away, well-heated room with a heating or air conditioning system. The TV is huge and the Wi-Fi works very well very fast, without the need for registration. Impeccable bedding worthy of a 4*, lots of pillows, a nice comfortable armchair, a safe, a wardrobe.
Very pleasant stay at the hotel.
I didn't take the €15 breakfast buffet, but the dining room was very nice, nice presentation, choice of pastries, from 6:30 am.
The hotel has a fitness gym, a large cozy lounge where you can drink drinks, very quiet atmosphere. I highly recommend for very new installations at a really unbeatable price.

Conveniently located in front of the Bus and Train Stations. There was a Carrefour supermarket just about 25 meters away, where you can buy anything you need at a fraction of the convenient store price.

Alors, mention particulière à la personne gérant la réception, elle est vraiment au top.
Concernant la chambre, heureusement que la literie est au top, pour le reste :
- la salle de bain est honteuse, miroir trop bas, dalle de carrelage qui bouge car le sol est bombé, baignoire surannée...
- la chambre, il y a un fauteuil sale, tachée, pour le reste c'est grand
