Les appartements sont très confortables, modernes, clairs et bien entretenus. La literie est d'excellente qualité. Le personnel de l'accueil est vraiment à votre écoute et essaye de trouver une solution à vos problèmes. La situation au sein de Chinaillon est centrale. Il y a quelques commerces à proximité. Les massages au spa sont divins. Le seul point noir est pour les skieurs venant des chalets D,E,F car leur casier à ski se trouve au +2 et il y a 30 marches d'escaliers EXTERIEURS quasi impraticable avec des bottines de ski!! Ce problème n'existe pas pour les chalets A,B et C!

De belles chambres au pied des pistes.
Nous avons reçu une chambre spacieuse avec un balcon donnant sur le pied des pistes. L'établissement est très agréable et bien équipé. L'ensemble est propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Enfin, les lieux offrent de belles possibilités d'activités. Je serai curieux de le tester en hiver...

Godt ophold i rolige og smukke omgivelser
Vi havde problemer med indtjekning, da den information jeg havde fået fra ********** var forkert. Receptionen var lukket selv om vi ankom indenfor det tidsrum, der var angivet. Vi kunne heller ikke komme i kontakt med hotellet. Heldigvis fik vi det løst til sidst og receptionisten fik os indkvarteret. Vi havde efterfølgende et behageligt ophold og er glade for de faciliteter, der var til rådighed. Beliggenheden var perfekt til gode vandreture og hotellet ligger i smukke omgivelser med gode muligheder for indkøb og restaurant besøg. Generelt er vi meget tilfredse men giver kun 4 stjerner grundet indtjekningen.

3 eme année au Roc des Tours et nous corrigeons notre avis de l’an dernier ou nous avions noté un laisser aller sur le ménage. Cette année tout était parfait, propre et personnel accueillant. Nous avons même droit à deux soirées concert de qualité. Idéal en famille! Nous reviendrons .

The apartment was excellent well furnished and equipped the apartments are clean and in a good position close to the ski runs. Nice swimming pool and sauna. Staff were friendly and helpful, we arrived earlier than expected and were allowed early access to the apartment which after a 20 hour drive we were very grateful for

Résidence très qualitative avec de très belles prestations et un personnel agréable et disponible. Résidence située en hyper centre avec de nombreux commerces à proximité dans une station à taille humaine et construite dans le respect de l'architecture montagnarde.

Idéal séjour fin août avec peu de monde dans la résidence. Salle de sports au top ainsi que les espaces piscine spa sauna hammam. Personnel très serviable et sérieux. Emplacement idéal. Appartement spacieux tout confort.
