Quelle honte !
A notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau. Interrogé, le réceptionniste nous a dit que cela faisait trois semaines. Il a dit que si on voulait se laver, on n'avait qu'à le faire dans la piscine. Puis ils nous a donner un pack d'eau. Nous donner un hôtel où il n'y a pas d'eau pour l'hygiène, c'est une honte. Nous demandons un remboursement partiel de notre chambre. Merci de votre compréhension.

ce n'est plus un hôtels , il y a que quelques chambres a loué , pas de wifi juste dans le lobby , pas de restaurant .

La verdad : Un desastre. No hay agua en las habitaciones desde las 8 de la noche hasta las 9 o 10 de la mañana. Prueba de ello es que en todos los baños (visitamos 3 habitaciones diferentes) hay baldes y bidones con agua. La primer habitación que nos dieron era deprimente y olía fuerte a humedad. Al otro dia nos cambiaron a una mejor, pero ahora revisando la tarjeta de crédito compruebo que nos cobraron mas de lo que había acordado.

pleasant stay, with a very warm welcome, good comfort. The hotel is well located, close to the Fouillole campus where I participated in a conference. It would be convenient if the hotel could offer a breakfast service again

Surprising that in a hotel at €120 per room there is no internet. In almost 20 years that I have been coming here, this is the first time that I have made an unpleasant remark. If it happens again, I'll go elsewhere.

The staff is pleasant and smiling. We only spent one night and the welcome was excellent. The room is simple but clean and spacious. The air conditioning was very appreciable and so was the swimming pool.

installation in unfinished accommodation where nothing was working electrically (no microwave, switches out of order, etc.) hence change of room after complaint. Pleasant and efficient staff.

Disappointed, dated room and bad smell, we had to buy a spay deodorizer. Needs to be updated given the price of the room. Bad experience for me, I wouldn't come back.
