I spent three nights at the Zenitude hotel. My stay went relatively well. Being a regular on the site, I already knew where I was going. It's a fairly interesting hotel in terms of quality and price. That's why I I go there often but I am forced to note that from year to year there is a deterioration of the place due to a certain negligence particularly with regard to the maintenance of the rooms which in my opinion is not done seriously (obsolete equipment ; torn curtain; bay window that does not close properly; burnt out light bulbs that are not changed, etc.). In a previous evaluation that I had written concerning this same hotel as part of another stay I had already complained of numerous inconveniences which add up to those that I have just mentioned. I hope that the owners will react to rectify all this because if there is no change I think I would choose another destination for my weekend

aïe, je viens depuis plusieurs années, l'hôtel commence à fatiguer et à manquer des petits travaux d'entretien pour le maintenir en forme. structure métalles rouillées, peintures fatiguées dans les chambres, joints des carreaux de couche viellissant, ascenseurs souvent en panne) ma chambre au 5e donnait en face, le système de clim de l'hotel voisin La créol, un rafut de dingue, (60 dB sur le balcon, 35 dB fenetre fermée), obligé de dormir avec les boules quies par contre, très bien, parking surveillé avec de la plage, plage privée magnifique, petit déjeuner très généreux (en revanche, les poules, coqs, poussins, oiseaux, c'est rigolo le 1er jour, puis vite insupportable de pas pouvoir déjeuner tranquillement , sans avoir un poulet qui vient marcher dans votre assiette vous piquer votre croissant, quand vous reprenez un café =＞ le reste de la journée la basse cour est agréable, mais pour le petit déj, il faudrait pouvoir leur interdire de venir, ça devenait insupportable et sale) bref, hotel très sympa, mais attention, il va falloir corriger beaucoup de petits détails

Mauvais points 1. Clipper pas d'ascenseur,en panne depuis des jours ... 2. Places PMR non respectées lors des fêtes et séminaires faits les weekends en soir (aucun moyen n'est mis visiblement pour les agents de sécurité pour au moins poser un autocollant bien collant ou autres pour veiller au respect de ses places) La faute n'est pas aux agents mais à la direction ou l'encadrement de l'hôtel qui semble laxiste sur le respect des places PMR. Me garer à l'extérieur de l'hôtel car tout est pris et tout monter avec ma canne .... 3. Frigo : vous n'avez pas de Freezer donc oubliez les glaçons ou glaces ... On ne peut rien mettre dedans tellement c'est petit. 4. Rien n'est mis dans les chambres pour étendre son linge ... Bons points 1. Une ou deux jeunes hôtesses de l'accueil qui sont super gentilles et très accueillantes. 2. La piscine et la plage sont sympa. 3. Le personnel est sympathique en général. 4. Le personnel de nettoyage respecte les affiches rouge ou verte. La note de 2 est pour les PMR qui pour un hôtel ne devrait pas être un problème pour un PMR de pouvoir se stationner au profil de personnes qui viennent pour faire la fête.

Les + : d'accès facile. Bonne desserte de bus. Repas excellents et copieux. Dédicace spéciale à Nicole, responsable au restaurant Le saintois, pour son professionnalisme et son sens de l'accueil. C'est cool d'avoir 2 salles de bain ! Plage idéale, propice à la détente, à proximité. Les - : Cafards dans les chambres, salles d'eau. 1 location pour 3 a donné 1 chambre (lit 2 places) et 1 canapé lit. Or, 1 clic clac ne devrait pas être considéré comme 1 vrai lit pour 1 long séjour... Mauvaise qualité des matelas, salis de surcroît : (photo prise d'une tache). Canapé douteux. Manque d'animation.

Un superbe séjour là bas, une belle chambre, une belle vue, un hôtel propre et bien agencé, un personnel accueillant et chaleureux ( sauf parfois à l’accueil et au moment du départ .. mais ça arrive !) un excellent séjour, une cuisine locale et excellente, un bel environnement et lieu bien desservi et idéalement placé pour visiter, je recommande fortement et j’y retourne bientôt d’ailleurs ;) et espère que l’expérience sera la même, je n’en doute pas !!
