Accueil sympa, réceptionniste très dispo. Mais.... chalet pour 5, 2 lits de 2 , 1 canapé lit... ok nous savions mais il aurait été bien d'avoir des draps prévus pour le canapé. Nous avons du réclamer. Pensez a preve ir vos équipes du nombre de personnes occupant le logis, noys avons egadu demander des linges de toilette supplémentaires. Service de lingerie inexistant, photos trompeuses sur picine et SPA. Le petit plus : nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir une nouvelle table et de nouvelles chaises en rentrant ce soir ... Étonnant de faire ces changements durant l'occupation du chalet. Nous n'avons pas trop apprécié cette intrusion dans notre cercle familial. Vous auriez pu attendre notre départ. Nous tenons à insister sur la gentillesse de la jeune femme de l'accueil.

The girl at the front desk was the most unfriendly person. The garbage bins were full when we arrived and not emptied my the time we left. The cottages are beside a very noisy road

The chair is not in good condition, not everything was clean. We were 6 and there was only 5 plates. The good point is the view and even if we are 6 we have the place that we need. (2 people need to sleep on the sofa-bed) Service very good and kind!

On nous a vendu du rêve !
Réception ouverte de 9h à 17h et spa fermé à 16h ! Pourtant nous l’attendions ce moment de détente (c’était d’ailleurs la raison du choix de cet hébergement) après une bonne journée de randonnée. Quelle déception !

DO NOT GO THERE
I have being all around the world and this was the worse reception ever. Reception is closes at 5pm and they only speak French. They charge $30 extra per person for the hot tub and under 18 is not allowed. Swimming pool was drained and Sauna was locked. Wifi was on and off. The only restaurant that delivers here only speak French. It was clean and quiet, but I would NOT recommend this place for anyone. The reception would not provide me extra coffee and all they did was argue.
