On a pas eu le logement inititialement reservé. On avait reservé un loft avec mezzanine pour 4 personnes de 51 m2 avec 2 lits doubles et on a eu un loft kitchenette d environ 31 m2 prevu pour 2 personnes avec seulement 1 lit double et un canapé. Le canapé lit était horrible pour dormir. On était entassé dans le logement. Manger à l interieur etait assez difficile. En photo le logement qu on a eu On a donc payé le prix du logement qu on a eu( 75 $ en moins par rapport à notre reservation initial) et un reduction 75$ environ de geste commercial. ce qui reste negligeable par rapport à ce qu on a subit. Conclusion : Si vous voulez être sur d' avoir le logement que vous avez réservé et passer un bon séjour, passez votre chemin. Aller voir ailleurs.

Le seul lieu au Canada où l’accueil était désagréable ! Vraiment décevant ! Logement très grand, mais la propreté laisse à désirer. Pas grand chose à faire sur le site à part un petit tour au Spa. Le restaurant est cher. Proche du zoo et de Val Jalbert.

Chalet sul lago San jac ….il complesso sinceramente non mi ha colpito molto un po’ freddo il cottage con vista lago non è male ma non ha uno stile ben preciso all interno del complesso oltre una spiaggetta sul lago non c’è nulla quindi per fare qualcosa bisogna spostarsi , un giorno non di più si può fare

Sympa mais bruyant surtout avec des enfants au dessus Les lodges’ sont mal insonorisés nous entendions les pas du dessus La literie est de 140 Manque une petite restauration Sinon le calme extérieur et la vue sont sympa Manque. Lave vaisselles à l’intérieur des lodges

Quand on arrive dans cet endroit on a l’impression de déranger les 3 personnes à l’accueil Explication très sommaire et peu d’enthousiasme à répondre aux questions, exception faite à Simon qui nous a renseigné au mieux qu’il pouvait Le spa est en supplément, même location des peignoirs était en sus Le spa n’en a que le nom, ça ne devrait pas être payant au vu de la prestation fournie

Notre chalet était bien équipé, les lits confortables et l’emplacement très bien. Le spa en supplément (moins cher pour la clientèle de l’hôtel) est agréable mais ferme tôt. Pas de restaurant à cette saison, mais le chalet est bien agencé pour cuisiner. Le négatif, le personnel pas très accueillant.

Pas grand chose de positif à souligner, si ce n’est la terrasse de l’appartement mais pas du tout à la hauteur du prix. Sinon cela n'est qu'une série de déception : il n’y avait pas de restaurant et de petit déjeuner (Ce n’était mentionné dans la réservation et sur le site alors que celui-ci est fermé depuis plusieurs mois d'après un "local"), pas de piscine pour les ados de 15 ans (+les bains nordiques sont en supplément même quand on y séjourne), un accueil très moyen, pas d'infos, plage boueuse etc... Bref une vraie déception

Le service à la clientèle est nulle! Aucune considération pour la clientèle. Il faut appeler plusieurs fois pour avoir un retour d’appel! Les lits sont inconfortables, les serviettes ne sont pas remplacés pendant le séjour. La plage est impraticable car il n’y a que de la boue! A éviter absolument!!!

We stayed at a spacious 3-bedroom chalet right next to the Lac Saint-Jean. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you need for cooking. The closest supermarket is a fair 10-15 minute drive away, so make sure you have everything you need before making yourselves comfortable. The double beds are slightly narrow for two, and the chalet we stayed in only had one shared bathroom/toilet for the six of us. Just a few steps away and you can stroll along the beach of Lac Saint-Jean in very peaceful surroundings.
