The room was lovely, well-furnished and clean. We loved relaxing around the pool in the afternoon and being able to order drinks. We had a Balneo Suite with jacuzzi…this was really nice, but it is a large tub and it takes a very long time to fill. The breakfasts were very nice… a good choice of food (the natural yogurt was particularly good) and we were able to eat outside on the terrace which was very pleasant. The best thing about the hotel, though, was the staff, who were all extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful (and they put up with my poor attempts to speak French).

The room was well equipped and very comfortable. For this price a couple of teaspoons rather than two lollipop sticks to make our tea might have been nice. To be honest it is more motel than hotel. The receptionist who came to show us our room did not even set foot inside it and consequently it took us a while to work out for example how to lock the patio door. Everything is extra, there isn’t even any water provided. Two tiny pools - we were told there were three but we never did find the third. The final straw was to return to our room one afternoon at 2 pm, having been out since 10, to find it was not made up despite our having left the green light on. A quick call to reception resulted in a promise to do it straight away. One hour later, having gone across the road for a quick lunch, no one had appeared. I tracked down the cleaning supervisor, Sandrine, who subjected me to an onslaught such as I have never experienced in a hotel before telling me that if I had a preference for a time for our room to be cleaned I should have stated it on check in. This onslaught continued again after the room was cleaned, the floor left soaking wet and the cleaning materials left inside. This was our general experience of the staff. Some training badly needed. Put Enzo on the job, he was so polite and helpful. It is such a shame because the hotel is in the perfect position just 200 meters from a glorious beach and across the road from a perfect little cafe and, as stated above, a really comfortable room and private terrace. Such potential thus far unfulfilled.

Nous avions réservé une "chambre de luxe" , chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, beau design, chambre propre. Superbe accueil lors de notre arrivée et de notre départ. Salle du petit déjeuner se trouve dans le restaurant, à quelques pas des chambres. Compter 20e par personne pour le petit-déjeuner Il est copieux, varié (sous forme de buffet), possibilité de le prendre en chambre moyennant un supplément, à réserver la veille. L'hôtel est idéalement situé en bord de plage mais protégé par la pinède. Possibilité de réserver une heure de spa (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi) pour 15e/personne. Une salle de sport est également mise à disposition.

Excellent séjour d'automne
Excellent séjour dans l'île de Ré. Hôtel très calme, proche de la plage et du village. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Salle de de bain et douches spacieuses. Patio extérieur bien isolé. Petit-déjeuner avec des produits variés et bons. Personnel très accueillant et très réactif pour répondre à nos demandes. Plusieurs piscines agréables. Le parking comprend 2 bornes de recharges électriques, ce qui est actuellement bien pour un hôtel en France; cependant ces bornes sont à recharges lentes et l'une d'elle n'était pas fonctionnelle pendant notre séjour.

La classification 4 * est parfaitement justifiée pour cet hôtel de conception moderne en bordure de la pinède et à quelques mètres de la plage sans aucune nuisance environnementale. Très bon accueil de la part de Bertrand qui, dès la réservation par téléphone, a compris nos attentes et nous a orientés vers cet hôtel parmi les 3 proposés par Élégance Hôtels. Notre suite balneo était très confortable, très calme et lumineuse. Le petit-déjeuner est complet avec des produits de qualité avec un choix varié. Le restaurant est peut-être moins à la hauteur avec des plats sans grande saveur (le dessert à la rhubarbe est très fade, remarque faite au maître d’hôtel qui ne semble pas avoir apprécié). Les vélos sont effectivement pas de grande qualité ( 2 changements en 3 jours pour souci mécanique). Un hôtel très intimiste à recommander.

Ravis d’avoir passé un séjour de ce bel endroit, notre chambre était top ,propre et très jolie et zen .. un petit plus pour le personnel super , aux petits soins . Merci de votre accueil.! petit déjeuner très sympathique, copieux, tout y est ! un petit moins tout de même.. pour la restauration , c’est le petit bémol de notre séjour.. pas à la hauteur des prestations de l’hôtel.. .

Séjour parfait de l'accueil à l'hotesse de Spa ainsi que du serveur au restaurant, l'ensemble du personnel a été vraiment aux petits soins pour nous. Séjour vraiment relaxant, chambre confortable un vrai plus le petit déjeuner servis dans la chambre. nous reviendrons tres vite.
