I would like to extend my gratitude to the Duty Manager, Mr Marvin, for taking care of our group when we were staying in the hotel. A few of us had fallen ill and Mr Marvin went the extra mile to help us. I appreciate his decisiveness and kindness extended to us. My thanks also to the front desk staff like Camellia who made our stay much more enjoyable.

La première chose c'est le personnel c'est l'avantage principal de cet hôtel. D'une gentillesse extrême de l'accueil au responsable du restaurant (elle est géniale) ils sont tous serviables et gentils. On est venu pour la piscine et couper du quotidien. Non la localisation n'est pas la folie (mais mon musée préféré est en face) mais la piscine extérieure en région parisienne est pas toujours facile à trouver. L'hôtel a clairement besoin d'être rénové y compris les chambres (besoin de clim et tout simplement d'etre redécorer). Mais les chambres sont grandes, le lit était très confortable, tout est très propre ! Nous avons mangé sur place et même le restaurant est bon (des gâteaux fait maison, un pti punch fait maison et un saumon a l'unilatérale hyper frais). C'était inattendu et une surprise plus qu'agréable. Y a un parking sécurisé également. Pour un hôtel pas loin de Paris les prix sont raisonnables. Donc vraiment il y a qu'une modernisation qui manque.

Was a bit worried about the reviews after we booked- we booked through the Amex website. We are currently here now, have been for 4 days. So glad I didn’t change our booking! Friendly staff, very spacious rooms, there isn’t much near by, but we have used Uber eats to order food, if we have got home before dinner time. We have used the hotel as a base- we have visited the Eiffel Tower, palace of Versailles and Disney Land- used a taxi for all of them- using bolt it has worked out better value than public transport for the 4 of us. There is a bus stop at the end of the road. The hotel is in the ‘middle’ of an industrial estate- but the windows are doubled, so can not hear the main roads near by! Highly recommend as a base to visit all over Paris!

The staff is very nice and very helpful. We are 2 adults and 2 children, the rooms are very spacious and clean. We see that the hotel is a few years old but it is very well maintained. The breakfast is perfect, very good and very varied. There is something for every taste. We stayed 2 nights to be able to go to the center of Paris. Even if the hotel is a little far from the city center, with a car it is perfect.

An outdated hotel that absolutely does not deserve the 4 stars it claims to have. Clean room, but in an advanced state of disrepair (broken lamps, etc.), restaurant closed.
