Très jolie auberge, magnifique jardin, mais avec plusieurs désagréments: jardin bruyant, on entend le bruit des voitures sur l'autoroute et le train ne passe pas loin ; rideaux de la chambre à coucher laissant passer la lumière toute la nuit, donc peu de repos, et petit déjeuner avec menu imposé, vraiment pas terrible, simplet, aux économies, avec un service non-professionnel. Et lors du paiement de la chambre, on vous demande si vous voulez régler le montant exact ou avec un pourboire .....après une nuit pas reposante, avec un petit déjeuner laissant à désirer, et service pas terrible, difficile de rajouter quoi que ce soit à une chambre déjà onéreuse. Peut mieux faire j'imagine pour que ce soit plus qu'un produit marketing, mais une vraie belle expérience ou l'on sort heureux, ce ne fut pas absolument pas le cas.

Excellent sur toute la ligne, le service à la clientèle autant à la réception que les serveuses du déjeuné et le souper. La gérante était très sympathique et nous a fait part d’un peut d’historique sur l’auberge qui était très intéressent. Pour le souper ( foie gras, salade de concombre, flétan et meilleur Bison jamais) tout était excellent. Bravo à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour.

Excellent et surprenant
Merveilleux accueil et déco très atypique. On entre dans un univers féerique. Le restaurant est fabuleux, il faut absolument essayer. Cuisine très innovante et osée, qualité d’un gastro.
La chambre était un peu humide, et petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner. Le café ou thé doivent être préparés par nous meme dans la chambre, avec une machine un peu compliquée, dommage avec un tel restaurant de ne pas proposer un petit déjeuner de même qualité.

Hôtel haut de gamme qui vaut le détour
Hôtel très original. L'accueil par Noémie est super et très efficace. Nous avons essayé le restaurant de l’hôtel : c'est un très bon gastronomique avec des plats très bons, très fins et recherchés.Un séjour idéal pour une étape près de Rimouski.
