The room is really small, no drinking water is provided, the shower is so small that even a child can use it, the hair dryer automatically turns off after a few seconds and you need to wait more than ten minutes before you can use it again. There are very few waiters, and they have no sense of service and are unwilling to help guests. The only good thing is that the breakfast is quite good. Overall, this price is not worth it. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

We were booked for room with city view, but room with walk in shower had court yard view. When you shower, the water goes from hot to cold to hot. If you press the toilet too hard, water keeps running. Bed is very big & comfortable. First day, went to breakfast at 7 am, there were selections available. Second day, went to breakfast at 9 am, not much selections left.

You can go to major tourist attractions nearby.
Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona are great places to go.
Compared to Termini Station, there are not many tourists and the security is good.
If I stay in Rome again, I think I will stay here only.
The doorman and the reception staff were all very friendly.
When I arrived late at night and asked about a restaurant,
they even called the restaurant to check if it was open and told me,
and when I asked to heat it up, they even plated it for me.
The service, room, and bathroom were all really good at this hotel!
