It is a room in a B&B. The room is nice and the location is within 5 minutes walk from Termini train station. But the price on Ctrip is very tricky and this one cannot be cancelled. Please choose carefully.

The place is well renovated and very clean. We got the Le Suite and there was enough space for us to freely walk around and have a comfortable stay. The common kitchen also helped us with breakfast preparation and the host has always been accommodating. We were able to check in early for a small fee, and the souvenirs helped a great deal to make an impression. The location itself at night time can just feel a bit tense, but nothing to make you so fearful (for a seasoned traveler). Price is the most reasonable we've found during our season and it's just few mins walk away from Termini which is why we booked the place. There were ample restaurants around and a nearby supermarket. The place is very clean and really a delight.
