The entire hotel was very clean and there was a nice roomy breakfast area

Very decent place. Clean, good breakfast, definitely worth the money.

What happened to brand standards? My family and I are currently on night two of a three night stay. While the nightly rate for this hotel is good, that’s where the positives end. The property is in need of a refresh as the carpets are worn and the furniture stained. The rooms in no way match what’s represented on the hotel website. There is one small elevator that moves so slow you’re better off taking the stairs. There is absolutely no way the breakfast meets the brand standard.. This morning. the choices were a bowl of cereal or a hard boiled egg as everything was either out or just not offered at all . There OK we’ll meet you over that way right by the carousel OK were a few of the rubber omelettes left in the hot pan, but that’s it, quite literally. No meat in the hot tray, no yogurt, no diced fruit, no bagels, no muffins, no bananas, no waffle batter and best yet they were out of coffee. Brushed it off as I went off and grabbed a breakfast to go bag from the front counter. Boy was I surprised when I opened it to find a bottle of water two slices of bread and a small container of peanut butter.. Been a diamond member for over 10 years and stayed at well over 100 Hamptons and have never seen a breakfast as sorry as this one. It’s just obvious that the hotel is trying to cheap out . If you’re planning to book this hotel thinking you’ll save a little on breakfast don’t bother. I’ll be sure to follow up with the diamond line once I get home and hopefully a few Hilton pesos will be thrown my way for the inconvenience, but we’ll see..

Apon check in the your girl who helped us was awesome and had great customer service. We are also Hilton Honors members. The concern we had were the cleanliness of the hotel. Con’s Couch had stain on it The air conditioner was not very effeciant, dirt and grim on it and was broken on outside The window you look out to see the awesome salt lake mountain was so dirty couldn’t enjoy and screen had hole on it. The mattress had a burn on it and covered in stains. Shower head was old and pressure was awful Ash trays by patio area by pool The room had a smell like urine or mildew(they did come and spray something in our room but it helped for 1 min) Pros Cookies at 7 Breakfast

Never Again When we got to our room we noticed what looked like blood splatters on the ceiling, so we pulled back the sheets on the bed and found blood stains and urine stains, and we checked the other bed and found what looked like possibly blood that they had tried to clean. It was late so we went to the front desk and told the lady working and she was shocked and gave us a different room. If it wasn’t so late we would have left and went elsewhere. She said she would take pics and we also did. I really think we deserve a refund for having to deal with all thid
