Saltmarshe Hall is a really great hotel located in super grounds. The bedroom was really nice and a lovely comfortable bed. Our dinner was great and the breakfast tasty. Whether it was in the bar or at the dining table the staff looked after us really well.

WOW! Possibly one of my favourite places to visit, Our stay at Saltmarsh Hall was nothing short of outstanding, the room we stayed in was stunning and decorated to a high standard in keeping with the Hall, during our stay we had an amazing evening meal which was of high quality with amazing presentation we sat outside to eat our evening meal and it was a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much of an ask, a credit to the business. We will definitely be revisiting and have since revisited for afternoon tea which was also outstanding. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking.

Write your review C Review tips We had our wedding here in December 2024. It truly is such a stunning venue, it offers the grandeur of a stately home, whilst also feeling cosy and homely. The staff here are also incredible, they simply cannot do enough for you. Amy was our wedding co-coordinator and she was incredible. The day ran so smoothly, and she made us feel so special. We went to Saltmarshe Hall many times in the run up to our wedding, and every time was just as beautiful and perfect as the last. We can't wait to return already.

The Hall is beautiful and our room (Howdenshire) was stunning. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom with it's luxurious deep bath was a great touch. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Afternoon Tea was super yummy.

Off the beaten track but worth it
Lovely hotel. Warm welcome with helpful staff who even sorted my car charging for me. Off the beaten track (only 5 mins) but worth it. Great late rate.

Loved it!
Great setting in a quiet location. Friendly staff, lovely food, good choice of drinks, nice rooms, great sunrise over the water. All round excellent & i will definitely stay again

What a lovely hotel. Off the beaten track (but not too far) but worth it. Lovely building, nice staff and warm welcome. I got a real bargain rate and it was so worth it. Great breakfast cooked to order. Might not be on everyone’s lit but super car charging. Really helpful girl on reception sorted a full nights charge and ready for following days travel.

Visited this venue on business for a one night stay. Excellent venue with great staff delivering exceptional customer service. Food was also excellent and I enjoyed a great dinner and breakfast. Reasonably prices and would definitely stay here again.
