Was hardly able to get any sleep at all, as MANY of the rooms are against the highway and inadequately insulted. I was told all the king rooms are on this side. It was SO LOUD, and that was even after me downloading and playing a white noise app on high. Hotel management didn’t do anything either. They said there was nothing they could do because they were sold out. A property in this spot needs to be adequately insulated and prepared for sound, but it’s been this way for years if you look at the reviews. They simply don’t have the integrity to care. People come to hotels to do one thing, get sleep. The general manager was about as unprofessional as I one could ever be… rudely being condescending and talking over me despite me being as polite and respectful as can be… and if she can’t deal with a simple situation and such an easy-going person like me, I can’t imagine her ever being able to handle any kind of challenge…like somebody yelling and being disrespectful, etc. Which as we all know, is all too common unfortunately these days. She’s paid to make situations better, but single-handedly makes them worse. Very strange person and I can’t fathom how she’s the manager of anything. She honestly shouldn’t be managing a mop. Saddest thing is, if she’s comfortable with acting this way, ownership must not care either. Stay elsewhere. There are so many other options. 😊
