Do not come here is you expect to be able to keep in touch with the outside world. The WiFi here (even by Premier Inn’s universally bad standard) is terrible. Emails wouldn’t download, websites take an age to open - forget about making a video call. As usual teams were great, “new” room concepts already starting to show their age now though. Premier Inn - sort your WiFi out, it’s been terrible for a decade now. Make the investment.

Extremely slow check-in process due to only one staff member that had to be buzzed for help as the self serve kiosk wasn’t working…. There was a very long queue by the time she cam out to which she said “oh… wow”. Whilst the room was a standard comfy, reliable Premier Inn room that’s sadly the only good thing about this stay. You don’t expect to have a “staff member” barge into your room at a very unsociable hour to “look” for a laptop that a guy said was in there. This staff member came into my room just after 5am with no knock on the door or announcement into my room to check if anyone was in there. When I literally shouted at her to stop her from entering she was almost laughing about the situation and claimed that she was helping a “guest” who said my room was HIS (surely this would have been checked on a system), worth noting that my room was opposite the fire exit and at the end of the corridor. There was very little in the way of explaining herself or who she was just a quip of “I am a staff member, honestly” as if that was sufficient in the pitch black darkness of my room. Sadly this has put me off ever using this hotel again and has but me off the Premier Inn brand as a whole. When checking out the duty manager was lovely and very apologetic, even explained that nothing had been handed over to her about any incidents happening. I was given all the details needed to complain and she very kindly explained that her manager would just dismiss it and do nothing without me complaining in a more formal manner as he doesn’t deal with verbal complaints… again very concerning! In short…. DO NOT stay at this hotel as a solo female traveller or even if you are on a solo business trip or likely to have belongings of any value.

Had a lovely stay thanks again the only issue was a stacked wall were the bathroom door is and would be good if it was a little cheaper for the stay but overall great experience

As always for Premier Inn... Comfy bed, great breakfast, and great powerful shower! Check inn was smooth had the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Room 202 had a great view over the square. Very well cleaned! Popped down for Breakfast at 7.30 am to be met by a very friendly lady called Anne. Full of energy and very welcoming. Cant be easy welcoming lots of sleepy faces so early in the morning. Thanks Anne for being the highlight of our stay! Keep being you!

Great location for Telford international centre. The premier inn’s always have similar service that can always be relied on .The staff were very friendly I arrived late and asked for a glass of wine with and possibly a snack but unfortunately they couldn’t do either of those apparently aren’t allowed to serve after 10 pm . Not the staffs fault. the restaurant never seemed to be open .The rooms are spacious and we’re clean. As with all modern hotels air conditioning is the norm but wish you could just open a window! I was attending an event and there in the run up to it reasonably priced for two nights but then the price rose by 75% for the night before the event for the same room !

Stayed for one night to attend a conference in the International Centre. Ideally located with overnight parking at a very reasonable £3.00. Unfortunately, the guy who checked me in was one of the most miserable, unwelcoming receptionists I have ever encountered, which made first impressions terrible. Room was OK, bed was comfortable as you would expect for a Premier Inn, shower was good, but cleanliness was somewhat lacking, bathroom felt a bit grubby and the room had cobwebs. The ladies working in the restaurant at breakfast were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and were a credit to the hotel. Overall a mixed review, which with some tweaks here and there could make it far better.

We always stay at the Premier Inn when O visit my mum in Telford. We have always had a great experience. The staff are friendly and very welcoming, the breakfast is great and super value and the bedrooms are functional and comfortable. On this occasion however we had a quad room confirmed but only had 2 beds which meant 2 of us sharing a bed which wasn't ideal and not what we are used to.
