Overall good.
The minus for me personally is the cleanliness can be improved especially the bathroom, crusts on the soap dish and corners of the bathroom.
Incidentally did not take the breakfast package so I don't know about the food.
The mattress and pillows are comfortable, the TV is also okay, the hot and cool water is okay, the AC is safe.
Oh yeah, unfortunately there is no elevator even though it's only on the 2nd floor if there are a lot of things, it's difficult.

Have stayed here several times with my husband in the deluxe room type. The location is very strategic for many places..near the station too. Already a regular so no need to bother anymore... the receptionist is also responsive. Okay anyway...
