Despite a start the first 2 days that wasn’t the best experience expected, the Front Office Manager, Chrisanthi Chimonidi, transform our stay with a fantastic experience that every client would like to have. Chrisanthi was not only listening, managing hundred of request, but always there to make your vacations unique. So a big and special thanks to Chrisanthi without whom our vacations would not have been the same and delicious.

We enjoyed our vacation very much, at the beginning we had some problems with a room, which was solved by Mrs.Chrysanthi and Mrs.Kallia to our complete satisfaction. They also asked us several times if we were satisfied with everything, which we found very attentive. We will definitely recommend the hotel and thank you again for the great support

Hotel is nice but the staff let it down. We had a lovely bungalow room which was clean and spacious. The cleaning staff were great but didn’t seem to understand a do not disturb sign, we came back to our room a lot in the day to shower or chill on the patio and despite having DND on they’d still just come in and then wouldn’t leave when we said no thanks to maid service. Obviously it’s great that they want to clean but frustrating. The hotel is huge but there’s no signage anywhere, yes there’s a map on the app but if they added a few signs it would be a lot easier to navigate. Not the hotels fault but there’s moths everywhere, don’t leave towels or clothes outside to dry as they end up covered in moths. The hotel could add something in the rooms to keep them out. Our main issue was with the bar staff, particularly in the lobby bar. They flat out ignored you when you stood at the bar. They weren’t serving anyone just stood there or walking away from you on purpose. Especially the older bar man. He stood infront of us cleaning glasses, we kept looking at him and said hello and he ignored us then we decided to give up after many nights of him doing this and as soon as we walked away he said ‘yes please’ to our backs, really annoying and really felt like he was doing this on purpose. The staff in the food trucks are also extremely rude, they also don’t speak to you. I asked if I could order after standing there for 5m infront of a woman doing nothing. She just grunted at me. They obviously don’t enjoy their jobs which is fine but there’s no need to be like this when guests are only polite to them. The lifeguard at the main pool also berated us for 10m on our first day before we could even sit down to explain the pool rules. Was very patronising and unnecessary when we’d just arrived and put our towels on a free sunbed, we hadn’t done anything wrong he just wanted to tell us the rules but why? Theres a huge sign with them on just leave guests alone. However the entertainment was great, particularly the acts they got in such as the African acrobatics. The food at the buffet was okay not really of my taste and seemed mainly catered to Germans which is fine but I didn’t like the food most nights. Italian restaurant was slow they took 40m to bring me pasta by which point my husband had finished his pizza. The pasta was then undercooked and tasted horrible so we just left. The BBQ restaurant was lovely and works like a buffet, the staff didn’t tell us this so we sat there for ages and had to ask them how we could order food as the buffet is out of sight. Not sure why they wouldn’t tell us how it works, you can only visit it once in your stay so pretty obvious everyone there is new to it. Overall it was quite a disappointment due to the staff, their rudeness really ruined the holiday.
