Everything was handled through WhatsApp. Easy and straightforward. Breakfast was in the nearby Café. It worked perfefor us.

1) Ejer sendte hurtigt mail med ønske om vores data mhp hurtigere tjek in i receptionen- men der var ingen reception
2) Trods at stedet havde vores mail sendte de ikke koden så vi kunne komme ind. Det krævede lidt assistance fra søde lokaltog et opkald . Årsag - vi havde ikke whats app 3) wifi var slukket
4) på hotels stod at der serveres morgenmad fra 8-10. Kl 9 var der ikke noget morgenmad endnu, og vi var nødt til at finde noget andet i byen.

Non ha voluto spiegare bene dove si trova il b&b . Era in centro città con divieto per la macchina e contro mano il civico! Ho chiamato più volte per chiedere aiuto e mi ha risposto che non era il mio schiavo!!! Ho dovuto lasciare anche se avevo pagato in anticipo e trovare di fretta un altro struttura perché era fine pomeriggio. Non ha voluto rimborsare!!!! L’altra struttura mi ha spiegato che era conosciuto per affittare tante camere insieme alle clienti e dopo doveva chiedere agli altri alberghi di trovare stanze in urgenza; fa overbooking!!! E ti ruba i soldi; perché ho chiesto a *********** il rimborso ma non mi hanno detto retta e lo lasciano sul loro portale!! Da evitare come il Covid

Abbiamo passato due giorni in questa,tutto quello che ci era stato comunicato e destritto abbiamo avuto, pargheggio a pochi passi a piedi.Adatto a famiglie con bambini perché la camera è completa di angolo cottura.Non include colazione.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per due giorni di vacanza a Trento,consiglio la struttura a famiglie con bambini all'interno della camera si trova una piccola cucina,tutto quello che ci era stato detto telefonicamente abbiamo avuto, posto auto coperto a pochi passi dalla struttura.Non é previsto servizio di colazione ne forniture di cibo e bevande.Posto tranquillo.
