Un hôtel qui coche toutes les cases pour qui cherche la tranquillité, le bien-être, avec vue sur le lac Majeur. Celle-ci depuis la piscine à débordement suffirait à elle seule à justifier un séjour, mais la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité générale de l'établissement en font the place to spend a few days in Paradise !

Un hôtel à un emplacement calme avec une vue exceptionnelle, surtout depuis la piscine à débordement du rooftop, une équipe très accueillante et professionnelle, une gastronomie savoureuse, des propositions d'activités variées, nous avons passé un excellent séjour romantique en couple et y reviendrons certainement.

Je ne sais pas comment commencer ce commentaire. La chambre était bien. Conforme à nos attentes. Par contre nous avions pris la formule demie pension et j’ai trouvé les repas très moyen . Vraiment pas bon et le petit déjeuner pas exeptionnel

Cet endroit est magique, calme et apaisant avec une vue sur le lac majeur superbe. Tout le personnel est au petit soin et on mange divinement bien. On y retournera avec plaisir!

Quel merveilleux hôtel dans un merveilleux endroit (le lac Majeur et les iles Borromées), paisible, tranquille, le genre de lieu où on peut vraiment arrêter le temps. On y a passé une semaine en demi pension, on y a divinement bien dîné, mais vraiment divinement, avec chaque soir des plats renouvelés et tellement bien cuisinés (on n'a pas eu l'occasion de remercier l'équipe des cuisines, on le fait ici). Et après toute l'équipe de l'hôtel (une petite mention pour Federica et son sourire si communicatif) était au top. Si on avait pu mettre mieux qu'excellent on l'aurait fait. Et bravo pour l'entretien de la mémoire de l'entreprise de céramique qui a été reconvertie en hôtel, les lieux les plus émouvants sont des lieux où la mémoire est vivante. On y reviendra pour lire, se baigner, écrire, se promener, peindre et savourer la lenteur du temps qui passe. Fabrice et Lydia.

Tout était parfait ! Le cadre, le calme, le très bon accueil (le personnel parle très bien français), la chambre très confortable avec du bon mobilier, la piscine à débordement avec vue imprenable sur le lac, la ville et la montagne. Le must : la qualité de la restauration. Petit dej très complet avec produits frais. Le dîner merveilleusement bon avec une très belle sélection de repas et un accompagnement au vin délicieux

A truly lovely hotel. The staff, food and accomodation were really great - the lakeside views just beautiful. The perfect location for a really relaxing break whilst being pampered.
