To management,
We have always rented this motel for our friends when they come to visit us and I have to say that I'm very very very disappointed this time for the rooms that you provided to our friends that are full of smoking smell, the toilet seat is not even installed properly and slide off, the door is squeaking like crazy. Just unbelievable.

Petty sure no change of bed sheet, a stain on pillow sheet and a hair on bed. The second picture was the first time I saw, no straight edge on bed sheet, messy flaw on it, so no change of bed sheet I am sure about that

The service was quite good, however for the structure, a catastrophe, a disappointment, yesterday room 162 was flooded in the middle of the night with the rain, we lost sleep, I called and the boy who was on guard was very kind and polite changed rooms to room 124 and the new one had no Wi-Fi and moreover the air conditioning was faulty. When checking out, I only got a "sorry" as consolation. Which is why I gave the boy 3/5 and the structure 1/5. I didn't post the photos taken out of respect for the boy.
