Motel Newstar Laval

The service was quite good, however for the structure, a catastrophe, a disappointment, yesterday room 162 was flooded in the middle of the night with the rain, we lost sleep, I called and the boy who was on guard was very kind and polite changed rooms to room 124 and the new one had no Wi-Fi and moreover the air conditioning was faulty. When checking out, I only got a "sorry" as consolation. Which is why I gave the boy 3/5 and the structure 1/5. I didn't post the photos taken out of respect for the boy.
