Suite très agréable n°29, spacieuse, préservant l'intimité de 3 personnes. Malheureusement quelques problème, baignoire T° eau brûlante non réglable et non fonctionnement baignoire à remous, malgré intervention du personnel. On a frôlé l'accident brûlures, remplissage baignoire à 18h30, praticable qu'à 21h30, 3h de refroidissement. Donc douche et SPA très appréciés. 1 seul peignoir, pas de chaussons SdB (3 personnes) Coffre fort posé au sol dans armoire, non fixé et fermé donc impossible de s'en servir. Belle vue sur parc. Piscine ouverte qu'en milieu après-midi; Regrets de ne pas avoir pu profiter pleinement, gâché par ces désagréments

L'hotel manque de chaleur dans l'accueil, le service. Les tables de restaurant sont des plateaux non fixés et bougent tout le temps. Il a fait très chaud dans toutes les parties de l'hotel notamment la chambre. Malgré les épisodes orageux, il n'y a pas eu de proposition d'adaptation pour malgré tout être en extérieur en nettoyant quelques fauteuils. Les collations des pauses de réunions n'étaient pas de bonne qualité.

Joli hôtel mais plutôt 2 ou 3 * pour le service, petit déjeuner totalement inacceptable, que ce soit dans les produits proposés ou le service. Une seule personne pour gérer cuisine, réception et salle un dimanche matin.

Quelle belle surprise cet hôtel. Charme d'une bâtisse du 18ème siecle et son magnifique jardin. Calme en plein centre de Laval. Merci à l'équipe pour l'acceuil et le plus commercial. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé deux jours merveilleux dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est toujours très attentif et bienveillant. Petit déjeuner parfait. L'espace balneo est super. Une très bonne adresse. Nous conseillons et y retournerons.
