Pas à la hauteur du standing 4*... Attente à une réception vide, Housekeeping qui toque à 09h15 pour faire la chambre 1 seul pass metro alors que la chambre est réservée pour 2 Plus de chauffage dans la salle de bains Dysfonctionnement de l'eau chaude soirée + nuit + lendemain Le geste commercial de dédommagement est ridicule, les mesures nécessaires n'ont pas été prises. L'unique point positif est l'amabilité du personnel des petits déjeuners ! Je deconseille ,on est reparti sans en avoir profité 👎

Tre giorni in riva al Lemano estremamente piacevoli. L’hôtel è situato in riva al lago e a due passi dalla fermata della metrò, con la quale si raggiungono comodamente la stazione ferroviaria ed il centro della città. Bella struttura con ampie camere da letto e personale molto gentile. Unica pecca la SPA: piccolo locale con pessima aerazione, con micro sauna e bagno turco. Montagne di asciugamani e accappatoi usati accatastati, ciò denota che nessuno passa per ore ed ore a pulire e sostituire la biancheria usata. Per il resto, tutto bene!

Nice hotel and room, in nice location. Polite staff. But real issues with their tie up with the Hilton chain. Staff were clueless about it and didn't even know how to find a Hilton member. Wasted my time having to call Hilton Customer Services at midnight who had to call them to get my Gold member breakfast added, despite the hotel confirming this before I made my booking. Still waiting for my Hilton points.

We had a fantastic stay at Chateau d’Ouchy. From check-in to check-out we felt welcomed and cared for. We were provided with a baby bed as requested, and the room was spacious, very comfortable and allowed our family of four (including toddler and 8 month old) to sleep the best we did our entire trip! Beautiful and convenient location. Would highly recommend!
