Very good location, a bit old, but clean and very nice hotel room with a marvellous view (5.th floor) & very friendly hotel staff! Highly recommended!

Great room and location, breakfast was decent considering Swiss Prices for everything. Just a fridge that kept things colder would be hugely appreciated!

The location is good. You get off the Metro and take an elevator. Then the hotel is right in front of you. Less than 7 stops of Metro from the lake-side Ouchy areas. It is a walking 5-minute distance from the Lausanne Cathedral. One stop of Metro away from the areas where Brand-name shops situate. There is a large Coop supermarket just across the street. You can buy food there and cook food by induction-cooker. Cutlery and tableware are also provided in the room.

The location is amazing - literally right above the metro station and arrive at the front door in less than 30 seconds. We’ve stayed here for 4 nights and the receptionist we have met are super nice - one of them even guided us to the kitchen to microwave our dinner. Two things we wanted to point out - 1) We had some formal clothes that required ironing, however, the ironing board in room is stored beneath the table and obviously gets super dirty and dusty. At the end we had to iron on the table with a towel on. 2) The housekeeping lady would come knock on our room every morning at 10 to check if we need cleaning or not. One day we told them yes we do need cleaning and would be leaving the room in 30mins. At 3:30pm when we got back to our room, no cleaning was done and yet the cleaning lady came and said either cleaning now or not. We found it quite confusing and disorganised.

It's very hot, there's no air conditioning in the house, and the street is too noisy when I open the window for ventilation

The view from the street view room is great, you can see the cathedral and the buildings in the city center. The room decoration style is also quite stylish and the room is quiet. The subway station is just downstairs from the hotel elevator, which is very convenient to go to major attractions and the train station.

Booked for family and friends, it's a good hotel We chartered a car to come here, the location was not worth it, the environment was OK The hygiene was also satisfactory, I will come again next time if I have the chance

The hotel is located in the center of Lausanne, just three minutes away from the cathedral. The city view room is beautiful, this is the most beautiful room I have booked in Switzerland. The disadvantage is that there is no parking lot and the room is relatively small

A magnificent hotel, excellent value for money! The room was very comfortable and the location perfect! To do again!
