The hotel is within walking distance to the lake and the city center. Chocolates and champagne are provided upon check-in. The room service of this hotel is OK. The waiters in the restaurant and the lobby bathroom are very friendly. There is just a waitress in the swimming pool who has a bad attitude. The other staff are all good. It is 2 subway stops away from the train station. You can also walk from the train station, about 900 meters. Just walk straight to the lake after leaving the train station. The breakfast is OK. The room corridors are relatively new. Because we live in a new building, the corridors will have access control. There is a cafe opposite the hotel that is particularly delicious. You must go there. If you come to Lausanne next time, you will stay here again.
