Regarding the reception, after 11 pm. Service provided by only one receptionist, very slow. Suggestion: if check-in was done with a QR Code, it confirms entry and only the key is given to you or it is already available at a counter or locker with a key.

POSITIVE: Location.
NEGATIVE: The hotel is called Intercity, but it could be Mofocity. The air conditioning is very dirty and has a moldy crust inside, so to alleviate the problem I washed the filter (photo). I spent the night sneezing and didn't sleep at all! I called the front desk, but no one answered. I woke up with red eyes, all blistered (photo) and a runny nose. The towels smelled of smoke. Breakfast had a wide variety of breads. I asked the attendant if he would cut more papaya and he politely said "No".
