I didn't really feel comfortable with people asking me about ***** and other things. Some of the staff was really nice and others had a bad attitude. I personally don't want to go back.

Not the best experience for how much it cause The one reason I will stay there ever not cause of the motel,but for one staff she is the supervisor she’s amazing I wish I can remember her name and how to spell it.But overall the motel was a mess the house keeper try there best to keep it clean but the property manager need to put some money in that place and get it fix.Its really a shame how I even emailed the property manager/management and never got a response and it’s been a week ago I checked in on 4/10 I sent an email on 4/11 and now it’s 4/24 and never got a reply back. I see that people go into business ONLY for the money but never for both (customer service) how rude!!!

Upon arrival property didn’t have my reservation and told me to contact *******, and then I did and they soon found it. My first night I saw roaches all over my room and noted the ac unit leaking water all over the floor and under my bed. The bathroom was no different, the sink was leaking water on the bathroom floor. I notified the front desk and it was never repaired. I contacted ******* and am still awaiting my full refund but they did offer me my one key cash back that I used. This Motel is the roach motel and horrible. Please do not stay here.

Should have known from the name but the reviews are so good, better than higher classed hotels, that we thought it would be worth the risk. Absolutely appalling from the second we walked indoors. Unpleasant staff, screaming/strange/scary guests in parking lot and lobby. Room was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. We asked for non smoking and it seemed as if someone had smoked there that day. The hallways smelled as if someone had freshly peed up and down the entire way. Genuinely traumatizing. How could anyone ever review this place well?!?!? Are they being paid to lie? Truly shocked and concerned in ever trusting a review of a place ever again. Shame on TripAdvisor for even having these misleading reviews up in the first place. And Hopper. And Google. It’s A SCAM AND A CATFISH.

NO PILLOWS I had to use my clothes wrapped up in a sheet as a pillow as each day the front desk told me they had no more pillows. Worst stay ever.

The Nom smoking room was full of smoke smell that it was unmanageable; The key will only work after trying 30 mins repeatedly. Wouldn’t stay again
