Der Empfang ist sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer grosszügig, blitzblank geputzt, ausgestattet mit einem flauschigen Morgenmantel, genügend weisser Frotteewäsche und feiner Bettwäsche , einer Nespresso Maschine und einem Kühlschrank mit genügend Platz für private Sachen. Toll und selten anzutreffen beim Bett,- der Kopfteil ist verstellbar ! Das Restaurant ist ideenreich und punktet mit frischer Küche. Die kalte Suppe ( Gazpacho ) mit einer Kugel Sauerrahmglace war sehr gut,- wir werden dies nachmachen : ) Das warme Wellnessbad war ideal zum entspannen . Wunderbar ist aber die Lage des Hotels. Ruhe Ruhe Ruhe ! Erholungseffekt garantiert. Zum Schluss waren wir noch im Laden mit einheimischen Spezialitäten und nur schon der Häfelfinger Apfelsaft ist Grund genug, zurückzukehren. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen !

Bad Ramsach ist keine 30 km Luftlinie von Basel entfernt, und doch fühlt man sich in einer anderen Welt. Ankommen, vom Balkon in die Weite schauen und sofort runterfahren: Das ist ein wahrer Kraftort! Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet, aber an Details wie Nespresso Maschine, Bademantel und Slippers fehlt es nicht. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und die Weinkarte wirklich ausserordentlich. Für eine kurze Auszeit (um beispielsweise der Hitze zu entfliehen) immer wieder gerne.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter zum Essen dort. Das Ambiente, Essen und der Service waren super. Wir kommen wieder! Preis und Leistung stimmen total mit dem was geboten wird. Es empfiehlt sich einen Tisch zu reservieren. Das Restaurant war gut besucht.

Decent but extremely overpriced
The main hotel building is pretty good, cozy, recently renovated, however the annex building is far from that - it has a vibe of 1980s apartment complex, also not the cleanest. Views are lovely, as well as the area around. The breakfast is pretty bad - choices are limited, quantity is such that everything runs out quickly and, generally, the restaurant is far from great, offering canteen-quality food at Michelin-starred prices.

Wir wurden unglaublich herzlich empfangen, rundum verwöhnt und haben extrem fein gegessen. Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet mit Wasser, Bademäntelnl, Schlappen und Korb, das Hotelambiente ist sehr einladend und die Karte ist ein Verwöhnprogramm für den Gaumen. Zudem sind die Menschen wahnsinnig sympathisch, herzlich und versiert in dem, was sie tun. Wir können das Hotel und die Crew nur empfehlen und kommen mit Garantie wieder!
