The customer service was mediocre at best. The staff wasn’t very friendly and seemed to be very disorganized and confused just about every time we were in the lobby.
The room itself wasn’t bad. The bed is comfortable enough but the pillows are strangely small, like half the size of a normal pillow and if you call and ask for extra they claim not to have any (?).
The bathroom is nice and clean, with good amenities but the water pressure is almost non existent so it will take you an extra 5-10 minutes to get the shampoo out of your hair.

This hotel is located on a very busy street and my room was on the front side. I heard some traffic noise but not all night. The breakfast was fine. It was the normal offerings and perfect for a lite bite to get you through until lunch. the room was clean room, bed was comfortable and the staff friendly.

When we checked in, we had to place a couple of service requests because a few lights in the room were not functioning. We were told to wait until the next day since there was no maintenance crew available then, only a security guard who tried his best to assist. The bathtub had a live bug which we had to dispose of, and we informed the concierge about it.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No hot water in the shower but there was hot water in the sink. The two bedside lamps did not work and power outlets on the bedside table also did not work.

My stay at Comfort suites Tamarac was ok , March 2025 Hskp room attendants do not acknowledge you as a guest staying in the hotel they walk by you in hallways and don't acknowledge you with Good morning or Good afternoon ect. One or two will say good morning. I'd like to say special thanks to Monica Y - Hskp Manager Yasmin - Hskp attendant Augustine -Hsp attendant Also Tish - Front Desk supervisor very Kind Adriana - Front Desk always smiling greeting me The Hispanic woman that sets up Breakfast every morning she is so kind my apologies for forgetting her name. Maintenance team great team. Thank you FG
