Good location and friendly owners
Dee Jay Beach resort is a great place to stay in Lauderdale by the Sea. Not only us it in a great location, our efficiency was comfortable and roomy. The owner was on site and attended to any needs we had. The backyard was a nice respite from the hectic travel and had a pool and lounge chairs to relax and rest. There was a shopping plaza a short distance away, which housed a super market, a diner, and so much more. A short drive, led us to a great area with lots of restaurants and shops. We would stay again the next time we go to that area.

Rooms are Spacious and clean. Area is very safe and walkable to groceries or nightlife. I’ve been coming here for many years and will keep coming back. Marissa goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and treats you like family. Pool is perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing.

WELL after reading the Reviews I was skeptical BUT the price was right ! I must Say we were delightfully greeted by Marissa She showed us the property that has been RECENTLY RENOVATED . Still has old Florida charm.The apartment/Room was Large and comfortable we stayed in #2W king bed (sofa couch) 2 baths full kitchen (included all cookware knives cups etc) just a few steps to pool area ! there are 3 buildings in all (one was recently RENOVATED) opens Summer 2024! We felt at HOME across from ocean and 10 minute walk to Publix and all Restaurants and bars . Great Place Pool towels beach chairs umbrellas all provided . Lovely Pet friendly facilty will visit again

Clean. Spacious. Efficient check-in and check-out. Comfortable beds. Spacious apartments. Easy parking. Free beach chairs and towels. Friendly and courteous staff.

This is a quiet establishment. The rooms were comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and had on site laundry. Short walk to beach with chairs and towels available. Shopping and restaurants were nearby.
There was construction in one of the buildings which impacted the pool at certain times of the day.
