Overall a very good stay except for the Wi-Fi not continuously being available and the second room I moved to with a better Wi-Fi reception but didn’t have a good air conditioner also the older gentleman when I checked and assumed I didn’t speak their local language and rather than address the issue of the Wi-Fi not working properly chose to insult me ….And then give me dirty looks😂 great breakfast and I want to especially say thank you to Marina as she was very kind and professional as were all the other staff except for the aforementioned. great location and I look forward to visiting again in the future- it looks like they are making the necessary repairs- I would recommend a booster for their router to ensure all Customers have a positive experience and never assuming that a person doesn’t speak more than one language even though they may choose not to let you know they speak more than one language and understand it quite clearly.

Hotel of the 80s which, inexplicably, maintains its 4 stars.
But I have been there several times, and I will return, for its exceptional location 50 meters from the Latina Scalo station, which means 35 minutes from the center of Rome, and the very low price.
In short, a poor hotel, which knows it is poor, and makes up for it with price and logistics.

Non è certamente un albero a 4 stelle ma devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene. Posizione strategica vicino alla stazione. Camera pulita certo un pò datata. Climatizzazione rumorosa. Buona colazione. Servizio buono anche se un pò assente. Nel complesso visto il prezzo da consigliare sicuramente. Parcheggio interno.

Punti negativi: 1) il condizionatore troppo rumoroso; 2) il fono l'ho acceso di continuo perché non faceva altro che scattare la corrente; 3) chiasso sia di fuori che all'interno dell' hotel anche se era una certa ora; 4) il foglietto con scritto il numero della reception non era presente in camera. 5) il signore alla reception è stato di una scortesia assoluta, da farti sentire in difetto, oltre che mangiava la pizza dietro il bancone; 6) la receptionist fa finta di non sapere il problema del fono oltre a dire che il motivo è per il troppo afflusso di persone che lo usa. Mi viene da dire "ma 4 stelle dove!" Punti positivi: 1) situato di fronte la stazione; 2) parcheggio gratuito all'interno
