Such a great hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff!! The room was a decent size and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly responsive to our needs. We had a car on checking in and staff immediately opened up the secure garage to allow us to park. We felt completely safe leaving our car here. Also, the hair dryer attached to the bathroom wall was only working intermittently so I was given another one within 1 minute of reporting it.
Finally, the breakfast was good with fresh made-to-order eggs.
You should definitely stay here if your travels take you to Latacunga!!

For some reason, the toilet was partially clogged and they would not send anyone to fix it. We had to use the toilet in the room of other members of our group. Also there was trouble with the reservation, but they made up for it after several phone calls

sehr moderne Ausstattung,vor allem das Badezimmer, Matratze sehr bequem, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück lecker und sehr umfangreich, hoher Standard für Ecuador ausserhalb des Zimmers ist alles etwas steril und seelenlos, die Fenster lassen sich nur einen Minispalt öffnen Gepäck konnte ich dort unterstellen während des Quilotoa Loops.
