This was our second time to Vegas been there the first time to get married and stayed at The Mirage. We are a couple in our 40s and 50’s from England. The location is spot on right in the middle of the strip. The hotel does not have a WOW factor and the room although big looked worn down. The carpet needs replacing and feels dirty. The check in was relatively quick took around 20’ including queuing. We were not offered any paid room upgrades or were not given any info at all just told where the elevator was. The pool area seemed okay but a fraternity event was on at the hotel and they were youngsters everywhere in the pool area so this was not our cup of tea we stayed for an hour or so and then left. The view was nice. Overall for the price it s worth it given its central location but I would not stay there again. There s so much choice out there that I would try something else. Although if the mirage was still open and not undergoing major refurbishment/rebranding we would have returned to the mirage 100%.

Having stayed at this hotel 13 years ago, I decided to book it again this time, but unfortunately, the experience was a far cry from what I remembered!
1. **Bottled Water**: There's no complimentary bottled water in the room. Guests have to go to the front desk to collect it, and each bottle is minuscule, only 296ml! You're also limited to just one or two bottles per person per trip, which means a daily trek downstairs just for water.
2. **Minibar Sensor Trap**: All food items in the room, both in the minibar fridge and on the shelves, are equipped with sensors. Simply moving an item from its original spot registers it as consumed/purchased. This policy is incredibly unreasonable. I merely picked up a bottle to look at it and was charged! A single bottle of mineral water costs $24 USD. Upon check-out, I discovered I'd been charged for three bottles. The front desk informed me they needed to 'verify' the charges before processing a refund to my credit card, and couldn't even provide an estimated timeframe for when the refund would be issued.
3. **Missing Towel Incident**: A huge warning: Do NOT bring your own white bath towels! I hung my personal towel behind the bathroom door, assuming that hung towels wouldn't be taken for cleaning (as most hotels only clean towels left in the tub or laundry basket). When I called the hotel, they claimed they needed to 'investigate' with a third-party laundry service to see if my towel could be located. If not, they'd compensate me, but I have little hope of a resolution for this matter.
4. **The Oshow**: The 'Oshow' in the hotel's West Tower costs around 2100 RMB per person. While the performers were very dedicated, I couldn't even recall the plot from my previous viewing, and overall, it lacked any significant appeal. The sound, lighting, and special effects felt quite dated.
5. **Delayed Check-in**: Although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, we weren't fully checked in until 3:30 PM. We booked two rooms, but one wasn't ready until 5:00 PM, and only after I called to inquire! As compensation, the staff provided each person with a $25 meal voucher, valid at the hotel restaurants.

Check-in at the front desk involved a very long wait, and no water was offered. If you were thirsty, you still had to queue up to ask for it. Check-in isn't until 3 PM, making an early arrival pointless. The parking garage was hard to find; for any convenience, you had to pay an extra fee for valet parking.
Despite booking for three people through Ctrip, we only received two bathrobes. The hand tissues in the bathroom were inconveniently placed, and the box had fewer than ten sheets with no spare provided – a clear sign of poor service. All edible items in the room were chargeable, and even just moving them would incur a fee.
The hotel felt quite old. The bathroom was a bit of a mixed bag; while it had two sinks and ample counter space, the toilet area itself was tiny. Overall, the hotel's facilities were poorly maintained. The ground floor, primarily featuring entertainment, shopping, and restaurants, felt like a huge maze.
The hotel's pricing on Ctrip was also inconsistent; prices varied wildly over just a few days, and booking in advance didn't guarantee a lower rate.

Everything at Encore was far above our expectations. The property, the staff, the room, the view, the pool(s), the multiple restaurants and endless luxury shops means that you never have to leave. You actually don’t want to leave because the world outside is not nearly as nice.
Special shout out to Tableau restaurant for lunch. What a beautiful place and wonderful staff.

I chose to stay here after the Ahearn hotel because the price was good for the time. I can say the staff is really accommodating and kind. The bell desk with luggage and the check in process was very simple and easy. Lobby location awkward because I really don’t like how it makes the drivers go through the Cosmopolitan lot first. Everything else is perfect, and although the first time I stayed at the Jockey Club was 40 years ago with my parent’s timeshare, this place has been maintained quite well and is now the home base for the Sapphire properties. They have a really nice business center and simple pool, while at the same time you can go to the big ****** and utilize some of their amenities. I love the decor and the space within the rooms, and it’s definitely a place to go to if staying on the main boulevard. The walking score is perfect. I specifically requested a room that did not have a view of a building wall. I have just enough Sky view to get a solid picture of the Eiffel tower. You could stay here a couple of weeks like it’s an apartment. My suggestion is to do grocery shopping at Walmart and bring your things back to the room, however there are eateries within the Cosmopolitan venue. I suggest Henry’s. Was really happy to spend a couple of nights here during my stay, as it was a retro-memory visit for me. I will check out in the middle of the night due to a domestic flight. I’ll stay here again if needing to do so long-term, but my second week here will be at a friends house locally. Definitely a good time share location choice if utilizing such a benefit.

We really enjoy your stay here. Affordable and centrally located in the strip. Nice accommodations and parking. We saved $5 parking a day by staying here. Resort fee was just over $56.
I would definitely stay here again. Beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great.

Overrated. Too expensive for what it is. Yes it’s nice and it’s an experience because it’s iconic. Very very loud everywhere very crowded. The hotel staff wasn’t really friendly many times not even answering to a good morning, my father is in a wheelchair and there’s an area where you have to call assistance for the lift because there’s no ramp and she questioned me why were we going to that corredor and said the shops were already closed. Housekeeping came in the room before the time whilst my father was in the bathroom and the paper of “do not disturb” was on the door. The bedroom wasn’t really clean for 240€ minimum a night even the floors in the bedroom corridors were full of little trash for hours. no complimentary water tea or coffee. The parking walk until the reception was very stressful with a wheelchair and 3 bags on the email they should say that you can drop off the bags at the entrance. For a five star hotel the bed sheets were crumpled and stained a lot of marks on walls and the chair stained. Bed was very comfortable. The toilet was amazing. The casino staff are very nice. The view is amazing

Four Seasons Hotel has always been my favorite. The quality service, comfortable beds, and safe environment make people feel happy. Four Seasons Las Vegas is the seventh Four Seasons I have stayed in and the third Four Seasons overseas. The hotel shares the same property with the other two hotels. The location is not in the center of the gambling city, but it is convenient. Although it is not extremely luxurious, it also brings the beauty of quietness in the bustling city with a reasonable density of residents. The decoration is the same style as always. The foyer reminds me of Four Seasons Marrakech, and the lobby reminds me of Four Seasons Hangzhou. The interior decoration is plain and comfortable, similar to Four Seasons Singapore. The overall service is indeed relatively difficult to say the best. It is friendly but not considerate enough. Looking down at the city that never sleeps at night, a blue swimming pool is also a different scenery. It is also refreshing to swim a few times during the day. Staying here for a while in the impetuousness is considered to be a quiet corner.

DDHIRAJ HARESHVery nicely appointed room. 2 bedroom suite, very comfortable. Bedding, mattress and pillows are soft and comfortable. Main living room comes fully equipped with a kitchen, 4 induction hobs, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, large refrigerator.
The living room also has a projector as well as TV with sound bar.
Highly recommend for families as there is no casino and the parking is very convenient in the miracle mile self park.

EExpatI only stay for one night because of my flight transfer coming in late. I’m staying with friends for the week, but I will book another room at the end of the week before my departure. It’s pretty views at night! Every corner of the hotel has a nice view from the windows. The breakfast and pool access our convenient, but I don’t quite understand up to four people up per room for breakfast (too busy). My son can visit to swim before I check out.
I see all of the employees working very hard and politely with the traffic flow considering this aspect. Super clean spaces and nice room setups, which remind me of the flat I used to live in downtown. Kudos to the front desk and convenience station in the lobby. Trip.com stated resort fees, of which there are none (except overnight parking). My next trip will be long stay here for logistics.

GGloria1103Close to the South Hall of the Convention and Exhibition Center, it only takes 5 minutes to walk across the road. The room is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is very nice. Check-in is convenient and efficient. The American breakfast is relatively simple. There is a small supermarket next to the front desk on the first floor. You can choose and check out at the front desk. It is very suitable for foreigners who come from far away to participate in the exhibition.

GGuest UserOnly stayed one night and regretted that I hadn’t stayed for the week. Great location, friendly, helpful staff and easy access to other side of Strip (MGM) for $6 on monorail (just under $14 for 24 hours) or $2 bus ride (slow but you can get your bearings if you have a few hours to spare and get a seat on top deck, front seats - may have to go to end of ride, change bus to achieve this). A 24 hour ticket costs $8. Bus goes to Fremont Street and also way beyond Mandalay. If arriving late at airport, I would recommend an Uber or Taxi to your destination. You can get a 108 bus to Sahara but wouldn’t recommend for solo lady travellers late at night.

IIoriaIt is a non-gaming hotel, about 10 minutes' drive away from the ** hotel area. The location of the hotel is relatively quiet, but because the facilities are still old, the refrigerator is beeping, the air conditioner is also very noisy, the sound insulation of the room is also poor, and there is sanitation in the early morning The sound is loud when vehicles come to collect garbage. If you have absolute quiet requirements for sleep, it is not recommended to choose this hotel. Breakfast is a relatively simple Western-style breakfast, you can bring your thermos cup for hot water or tea.

Sst****It is a pure hotel building, no ******, so it is very quiet.
The farthest South Hall from the convention center is only a 10-minute walk.
It takes 10 minutes by taxi and 20 minutes to walk from the strip center.
It takes 15 minutes to drive from the airport.
Breakfast is fixed every day. Scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, milk, cereal, and fruit.
It is a very suitable hotel for business travel, but the only thing is that it can't connect to the wifi 😅, and the hotel staff can't connect to it after various operations...
The only flaw!
