Tahiti Village Resort & Spa

Nice place to relax. Although as they checkin is at16.00 and checkout is at 10.00, a one night stay is not worth it if you want to enjoy the pool.  They were unable to accommodate late check out and only guests can use the pool. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms have recently been renovated. There is also a lazy river

I impressed for Nice pool! Lazy river was very cool and fun. Main pool was good for children. We were have good vacation! This resort is good for family trip. And this resort is very closer from premium outlet, so you can get great shopping time. Near by this hotel so many yummy places. My recommended for breakfast restaurant is “black bear dinner”. I will really recommend for this hotel. This hotel is economic and have good service and have comfortable room. If you have family travel, I think this hotel is good choice.

We booked this accommodation through RCI. The RCI concierge failed to show us discounts for excursions we were able to book as RCI members upon check in and we had to revisit the concierge halfway through out stay to get access to this. We were also given misinformation regarding being able to waive the resort fees (short stay and amenities fee) by RCI. In terms of the resort property itself, the property staff was very unwelcoming at check-in and failed to provide us with relevant information for our stay such as being able to request housekeeping and giving us pool wristbands to allow us to access the resort amenities. The manager was very limiting in what he did to improve our experience and we were made to feel like our good experience and stay was not a priority to the resort. The manager at the front desk, Kaeleb, and the manager at the concierge, William, were not informative or communicative and instead pointed fingers at each other for the shortcomings that affected the quality of our stay. We had to go out of our way to speak to the front desk and concierge regarding these things and upon doing so were offered what we should have been offered at check in. This stay was a very disappointing, lackluster, and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone and will not be returning.

We just returned home from spending a week at Tahiti Village in Las Vegas. Having read many of the reviews before arriving, we didn’t know exactly what to expect. Our initial feeling was very very positive. The curb appeal was truly outstanding. Palm Trees, spacious lobby and very friendly staff did a lot to asway our concerns. Everything we saw was clean and well maintained. There was maintenance and upgrading of equipment being done throughout the Resort, but it in no way impacted our stay. The fact that it is 100% non-smoking facility was huge plus for us. We stayed in Tower 1 on the 6th floor. Our suite (1612) overlooked the pool and we had a great view of the morning sunrise. It was impeccably clean and well kept. Full Kitchen, two large screen televisions, jacuzzi tub, two sinks and a steam shower. We walked the grounds one afternoon and they were luxuriously maintained. Nothing looked out of place. There is a Restaurant Sports Bar that we had drinks in. Very nice bar tender and although we didn’t eat everyone around us seemed pleased with their food. They also have a Pizza Parlor and Shake Shack. Plus coffee stand. The complementary shuttle to the ***** was very much appreciated. Concerns: the first full day, we noticed that the hot water was lacking. We alerted Maintenance and they informed us that they were working on the boiler. After that, the hot water was not an issue. The steam shower had great water pressure but it came with a very loud high pitched noise. Used the jetted tub several times and it was great. Also ,the dishwasher didn’t get the dishes cleaned. We just washed them by hand after the first try at the dishwasher. This didn’t bother us. The Lazy River was closed but looked nice. Thank you to the Tahiti Village Staff for making our stay AWESOME and we look forward to our next visit.

The facilities, staff and food was great throughout. Arturo's Pizza and Shakes are a must! We arrived expecting to be able to use the Lazy River, only to be told that it closes for the season November 1. Unfortunate as the weather was fantastic and it would have been put to good use. I hope the resort re-thinks it's use of the Lazy River. Maybe even opening it 2-3 days per week as this place is a popular weekly vacation spot. Check to see if it's open before booking. Other than this, everything was fantastic with a nice chill resort feel minutes from all of the action.
