The suite is large and well-equipped. The hotel is in a prime location, making travel very convenient. Discount packages are available. It's very close to Denny's, a local American breakfast shop, so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast to start the day.

Our stay was very basic, especially considering the hefty resort fee for minimal amenities. We repeatedly requested housekeeping more than 24 hours in advance, both in person and by phone, yet the front desk claimed no request was made on three separate occasions. When housekeeping finally did arrive, they failed to refill shower products, requiring us to call multiple times and wait over an hour for body wash. Additionally, the bathtub had several cracks.

Es mi 2da estadia en éste Hotel, después de más de 10 años!, realmente volví por la comodidad que presentan las habitaciones teniendo una cocina completa con cafetera, microondas y heladera!. La limpieza y ubicación son excelentes además de la pileta en el Rooftop. Lo recomiendo y voy a volver sin dudas!.

Me and my family loved the experience staying in this hotel, Service was really good. Everyone was so nice and very professional. We loved that our room was clean and had everything we needed. You just gotta have a kitchen when you stay with your family. Make breakfast, text the valet, and get my car right away headed to the Grand Canyon. It's very close to the 215 and the *****. The view was amazing on the 18 floor of the *****. The only downside is that the kids' water playground was closed. Price location clean and family friendly definitely will stay here again.

The hotel itself was in a good location and was quiet.
I only stayed there for a short time as I was just taking a nap, so I don't know the details...
The problem was that I ended up paying the accommodation fee that I had paid in advance on trip.com again.
This was also done without any confirmation, and was done automatically using the card I registered at check-in.

The location is okay~ It seems easy to walk when going to the cashier or going on a hotel tour~ However, you have to take Uber to the Sphere area ㅠ And you have to ask for a separate invoice when paying and check the payment amount! I thought it was a deposit, but it seemed like the accommodation was double-paid, so I talked to them in the lobby, but they didn't seem to know much about Trip.com prepayment. I called here and there to get the accommodation fee deducted, but it took a long time. But other than that, everything was convenient. The Cosmopolitan fountain view was good, but personally, I liked the airport view and the Hilton Tower view across from the Hilton, and the airplanes taking off and landing at the airport were pretty, and I was able to see the sunrise, which was better.
